I've been taking my cars to Northrich Automotive for almost 5 years now. The most recent time my car was up for replacing timing belt and water pump. I was dealing with Todd. He is a nice guy, very respectfull and he also answered all of my questions I've had about this service. Since my office was located few miles away, one of their employees took me to work. My car was ready by the time I got off work. No surprises. Payed as much as we agreed.

Tony and company really stand behind their work. They take pride in getting the job done right. Their prices beat the dealer and the competition hands down.
