Excellent communication, friendly staff and I was informed of any issues and maintenance that was due on my vehicle to ensure it’s stays safe and reliable for me and my family. Do not use this company. I paid $220 for a service he did not provide.... read more Do not use this company. I paid $220 for a service he did not provide. He supposedly filled my car with freon and I was told it was a little cooler but still warm I had to pay an additional 100 to have freon put in my car and was told it did not have any freon. He lied and no service was provided. This company is a RIP OFF. DO NOT USE THEM
Amazing small-town customer service!!! Had an issue with a front bumpe... read more Amazing small-town customer service!!! Had an issue with a front bumper flap dragging making all kinds of noise due to scuffing too many curbs. Called Spencer's and even though their schedule was packed, squeezed me in and had me out within 15 mins!!! On top of that wouldn't take a red cent for their service in spite of my objections. Now I know why my daughter & son-in-law think so highly of the Spencer family, their expertise & business. Even though out of the area, I'll be back to see Spencer's and highly recommend them for all your auto needs. Thanks again to the Spencer's - see y'all for my next oil change!!! Patty Ward Krum, TX
