Oil change service near Garland, TX

Tony and company really stand behind their work. They take pride in getting the job done right. Their prices beat the dealer and the competition hands down. They know what they're doing with BMW repairs and that's no mean feat. I wouldn't trust anyone else for my 2001 BMW 740iL repairs and service. FIVE stars!!!

My car over heated so my husband took it at this place which was a bad move because the mechanic named Adam called us and said that my radiator was bad he quoted about 650 dollars to fix it i immediately called back saying the price was too high and told them not to fix it and that i would pay 75 dollars for the diagnostic fees I think I ticked him off by saying that cause he said he was going to charge me 325 dollars for the 5 minutes of nothing he did to my car, so I rush to the store and confront him saying why was he charging me 325 for 5 minutes , he looked all nervous and told me he was going to take the 125 dollar off and would charge me the standard price which was 200 dollars, I was really mad so i paid the money and stormed off. I never write reviews , but yes I do read them it helps me a lot so I am just writing this so you guys can think before hand do some research call other places and then decide where you want to take your car to get it fixed, because i got ripped off by this place. I used to always get my oil changed from the Kwik Kar franchise but never again I learned my lesson the hard way ...btw I got my car fixed for half the price ..Goodluck

Yesterday I went and had my oil changed at 78 Quick Lube Farmersville TX. There was a truck in the bay in front of me and they said it would be about 5 minutes and they would be finished with it. It took the 45 minutes to change the oil in my car. When I went up to pay they explained the charges. So much for the oil change and extra for the extra oil. I questioned them and told them my car took 4 qts but I didn't know the exact amount. The owner walked up and was very cocky and argumentative. Stating that is what they system showed. I paid and drove home, got the book out and it says my car takes 4.75 qts of oil. I called 78 Quick lube and the manager answered the phone. I explained to him what had happened and he said "did you check the dipstick?" "It isn't overfull" When I argued with him that I didn't need to check the dipstick because my book said 4.75 qts. of oil he put the owner on the phone. He said the same thing "did you check the dipstick" I told him I didn't know which dipstick down there checked the dipstick but they didn't know how to read one because it has to be overfull because my car only takes 4.75 qts. and they put 5.5 qts. of oil in it. I then hung up on him because all he wanted to do was tell me not to yell and that i was wrong. My dad checked the dipstick and low and behold it was overfull. He called down to 78 Quick Lube and the owner got on the phone and admitted to putting to much oil in my car. He stated if I would bring it back down there they would drain the oil and fix it and refund my money. I took it back down there fully expecting the owner to be there but he had just left as I was pulling in.There again that told me how much my business meant to him. They drained "some" of the oil out and started to refill it. I told them i would feel much better if they would drain all of the oil out and refill it so I would know exactly how much oil was in my car. They told me the dipstick doesn't lie. I had my oil pan replaced 08-22-14 at C.A.R.S.-they were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner.I dropped the car off and they took me home and picked me up once the car was repaired. They are very service oriented and try to please each customer. I have used them in the past and would recommend them to my friends and anyone looking for a good auto repair shop.

Beware of this owner and the way he does business. Kwik Kar charged us 99.00 to change the fuel filters in my husbands F250. We took the truck to Ford when it was not running well and Ford stated IN WRITTING that the ORIGINAL FUEL FILTERS are still in the truck. The owner takes no responsibility for knowingly STEALING MY MONEY and probably yours too. I HAVE THE RECEIPT where we were charged and paid it and I have the statement from Ford stating fuel filters were not changed. THIS owner will charge you for work that they do not do and will laugh the whole way to the bank........I will be happy to provide my proof. His website states they are honest. HONEST THIEVES ARE WHAT THEY ARE. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. PLEASE, they do not care what damage they cause to the consumer.
