You are in good hands with Alex at Auto Hans. He is experienced and came highly recommended to me by other BMW owners. Alex was able to get me in immediately just before Closing recently even without an appointment to install a new battery so that I wouldn't be stranded in very cold weather. I've been taking my cars to Northrich Automotive for almost 5 years now. The most recent time my car was up for replacing timing belt and water pump. I was dealing with Todd. He is a nice guy, very respectfull and he also answered all of my questions I've had about this service. Since my office was located few miles away, one of their employees took me to work. My car was ready by the time I got off work. No surprises. Payed as much as we agreed.
