They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. happy about the work this shop did. my bmw 328 had a bad head gasket, dealer told me it would take 3 days for the job to be done and my car sat there for 3 weeks finally took my car back, looked around for a a import shop in the area and found this place. my car was in&out in about 4 days. so far my car is running great! hope to continue with the good work thanks. My family has been coming to Brake-O for over 15 years. We've never had a bad experience with them, they are always honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. Prices are very fair and competitive. I don't know how many times I took my car in for a warranty check up at the dealership, was told something was wrong, took my car to Brake-O and they said nothing needed to be fixed. You aren't just a number to them, they really want to take care of their clients and remember your name, get to know you and have excellent service. I recommend them to everyone.

Nick Adler as the general manager is excellent. He personally greeted me, listened to my concerns and then performed the checks. He recommended service and offered excellent prices. While my car was being worked on they even gave me a ride home (2 miles away). I had just visited another oil change place and they treated me rudely and with no respect. They did not use my coupon, check on an oil leak, or even offer suggestions besides visit a shop. Kwik Kar will be my new place for service for both my cars. I would highly recommend everyone to go there. They provide excellent customer services and care about the customer experience.

I have taken both cars on a couple of occasions. They are great at the complicated issues. The cars are getting older and are starting to have issues. I can trust the team to diagnose everything correctly. On a recent visit, I was following my wife in her car. Her comment, "Autocare European, won't they be expensive?" The answer is they are very affordable. Plus on one visit they gave me a loan car. Plus, they detail the car on each visit. I am sold.

You are in good hands with Alex at Auto Hans. He is experienced and came highly recommended to me by other BMW owners. Alex was able to get me in immediately just before Closing recently even without an appointment to install a new battery so that I wouldn't be stranded in very cold weather. That's good service and greatly appreciated. Maintenance and Repairs are done properly and you WILL save money over the Dealership !
