took my 2008 f250 4x4 to bankston ford in burleson tx because seals where leaking on the front right side of my truck took them a week and half to fix it got it back on a thursday had to take it back two days later on saturday because the same seals they replaced where leaking they told me it wasn't there fault that it was metal shavings where one of my axles on front where in a bind and they said that my warranty was going to pay for it not them that was the service manager (paul)yelling at me and nit wanting to take blame for there screw up THEY ARE FULL OF CRAP THE ONLY THING THEY COULD BE GOOD AT IS CHANGING OIL BUT I WOULDN EVEN LET THEM DO THAT BECAUSE YOUR ENGINE MIGHT BLOW BECAUSE THEY FORGOT TO PUT DRAIN PLUG IN AND OMG THAT WOULD B YOUR FAULT NOT THERES CUZ THEY ARE SMARTER THAN YOU ........ BUT THEY ALL CAME FROM MICKEY D'SS NEXT DOOR FLIPPING BURGERS NOW THEY ARE SERVICE SPECIALIST AND HAVENT EVER TOUCHED A WRENCH DONT YOU WANT THEM WORKING ON YOUR CAR

Scott & the rest of the employees at this shop give excellent service. I had to get my front brakes done a month or 2 ago & they were able to provide an affordable price for me to get them done as well as have the work done while I was at work in about an hour's time. Not only was it done conveniently fast, it was done right. Then about 2 weeks ago my car was vandalized leaving both of my passenger side windows shattered. Again I had the repairs done at FT Auto & not only saved myself some struggle as well as money on the glass replacement but also recieved the same great timely service again. If there are any repairs you are needing done to your car- the right & affordable way- then look no further.

Do not buy a car from this Traditional Autos dealership they will rip you off buy sellIing you a(LEMON) car with a bad motor. It will last you about 2 months and then thats when all the problems start. They put another motor in my car an charge me 2400.00 after i check they only did a head job on the motor. it been about a year later and my car is still not working. The owner Billy Braford will li...e to you and not r......eturn your phone calls. They have over a year to fix the problem, if i was you i would stay away from Traditional Auto they are all about the lies. Also Jose Luevano the head salesman will lie to you and do not care he should be able to never work as a car salesman every word that comes out of his mouth is a lie. I have to go to the Better Business on this company and Lemon Law Complaint Form to get my money back from them. there number is 972-272-7200 call them and ask why are they ripping customers off. I pay my notes on time all i ask for them, to do whst they say, I will never buy a car from this company because the owner is a dick head and think he is above all other people . Top notch organization. I recently purchased a used Volvo and I needed a mechanic shop that I could trust. I made several requests to about 10 different shops and this was the only one that responded in a timely manner and with a professionally written quote and a phone call. This was also the farthest from my home than the others I had send inquiries to. So based on the quick professional response and a couple of phone conversations that impressed me, I chose European Auto Tech. Arthur and Caesar were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and even had my car ready the next morning. Originally they said they may have it for a couple of days, so they were actually ahead of schedule. They did find a few things that needed immediate attention and they called me to see if I wanted to proceed and didn't add any extra labor charges onto the bill. It's not really that parts for an old E-55 AMG only come from Germany and are obviously gold plated. Everything else would be a 6 Star if it was a available.
