Master Auto Tech is the best I took my BMW 750 in for low water level other shops said it would be 1000-1500 after they look at it, Antonio said to bring it and said 200.00 for the repairs. They were fast to complete.

Derrick rebuilt my Lexus RX 300 transmission last September and had it in and out of the shop in 24 hours...outstanding service. Derrick was able to find the parts for the transmission from around the area and kept us in constant communication throughout the process. I brought my transmission back for a check up a few months ago and no error codes were discovered. Will recommend Elite to friends and family!

I was ready to leave Loyd Park in Grand Prairie and the front air leveling system was leaking air and would not raise the motorhome. Not drivable. So, I called Quality RV repair who I've done business with before, but turn out they don't work on the Freightliner chassis. Seconds later she is giving me Tommy's name and number. I called it but got voicemail. It was getting late in the day. My family had already gone home, so I called and arranged for another night, thinking Tommy probably would not call back. But a short time later Tommy did call. Said he would be out soon. Soon was very soon as it turned out. You don't find service people like Tommy very often. He crawled under the bus and determined the valve needed to be replaced. He called several places and left with the bad valve as one place said the may have one. Turns out no, but Freightliner Dallas did and he put it in will call. I drove to Dallas and picked up the part that night. Tommy met me back at the campsite 7 ish the next morning and fixed it. Apparently this part had been partially bad for a long time. My Motorhome rides better, handles better, is much quitter and sets higher then before. When I park I can tell the volume of air being released is much greater than bofore. Can't say enough good about Tommy. He gave me a very reasonable rate for his labor as well. We need more Tommy's in the world. Ken

took my van back due to major oil leak..it was covered under their warranty, however they managed to find another problem that cost me additional 184..after having the vehicle for 3 days, drive vehicle home with oil light flashing.. so i take it back and now they want to charge me another 60 for diagnostics .. i was really hoping i found a honest mechanic that stood behind their work, guess i need to keep looking. they want to nickel and dime me due to the cost they had to eat for the warranty work.. Howard even told me it was a shame he had to eat the cost of this...

The paint department's estimates are worthless-on the courthouse steps the term is "bait 'n switch. It didn't work on me. Got the "...you cant find it cheaper anywhere" price at the very next body shop for the identical work priced with the same photographs at 2/3s their price. Lesson learned.

When I was searching for a new transmission shop for my FLEET, I called ROB to come out to our location. I explained what I wanted and in return he explained what he could do as far as time and money. I have had several shops that talk a good game wanting your business and many have received it only to be disappointed in the time frame and the final cost. I’m well aware that each model year and make of vehicle presents a different situation along with the condition of the transmission when received. As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. took my 2008 f250 4x4 to bankston ford in burleson tx because seals where leaking on the front right side of my truck took them a week and half to fix it got it back on a thursday had to take it back two days later on saturday because the same seals they replaced where leaking they told me it wasn't there fault that it was metal shavings where one of my axles on front where in a bind and they said that my warranty was going to pay for it not them that was the service manager (paul)yelling at me and nit wanting to take blame for there screw up THEY ARE FULL OF CRAP THE ONLY THING THEY COULD BE GOOD AT IS CHANGING OIL BUT I WOULDN EVEN LET THEM DO THAT BECAUSE YOUR ENGINE MIGHT BLOW BECAUSE THEY FORGOT TO PUT DRAIN PLUG IN AND OMG THAT WOULD B YOUR FAULT NOT THERES CUZ THEY ARE SMARTER THAN YOU ........ BUT THEY ALL CAME FROM MICKEY D'SS NEXT DOOR FLIPPING BURGERS NOW THEY ARE SERVICE SPECIALIST AND HAVENT EVER TOUCHED A WRENCH DONT YOU WANT THEM WORKING ON YOUR CAR
