Kinney's always seeks to provide the best service possible. Part of that job is to spot problems and get them repaired. When people just do oil changes and NO MAINTENANCE they get big repair bills or at least they get asked to repair the vehicle in order to make it safe to drive. I see reviews where some folks think that being asked to keep their vehicle in GOOD repair is a bad thing.. they are very shortsighted to do that- just fix it when it breaks.

This is the best automotive shop in North Texas. Most honest and reliable guys in the business. Louis has been nothing but honest and has shown me the issues with my vehicle instead of just telling me. I would travel over a 100 miles to have these guys work on any of my vehicles.

I went into Pep Boys in Lake Worth Texas on 4/13/2013 for a standard oil change. When I walked in there were 2 gentlemen working the front desk. One of those employees was helping someone else the other was on the computer searching for information. Once he realized he could not find that info he decided to acknowledge me. I'd been standing there for about 3 to 4 minutes before he looked my direction and i was only 1 1/2 steps away from him. Against my better judgement I let them go ahead with the oil change. Customer Service is not there strong suit. I will not go back and would not recommend this establishment to any of my friends.

By far the best Automotive service on the West Side of Fort Worth. Honesty, Integrity and Friendly service are my requirements and Tilden Car Care Exceeds them all. Master Auto Tech is the best I took my BMW 750 in for low water level other shops said it would be 1000-1500 after they look at it, Antonio said to bring it and said 200.00 for the repairs. They were fast to complete.
