We had an outstanding experience with Spring Auto Pro’s and highly recommend them; they were friendly, honest and courteous. They go "above and beyond", example is our Range Rover broke down on the side of the road, just out of warrantee and was towed to the dealership. In typical dealership fashion they tried to take advantage of my wife and quoted a $5,300 repair. I had it towed to Spring Auto Pro’s from the dealership where we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of effort they put in to find out exactly what was wrong and fix it properly; not just a replace everything attitude. They took their time, really investigating the issue to pinpoint it, which saved us over $4,000! They could have charged us more knowing we’d be happy with half the price of the dealers quote but they didn’t. They have the do the right thing attitude, which is hard to come by in the automotive industry. They went out of their way to assist us with obtaining and coordinating, a rental car and also got us a discount. This may have been the best auto repair shop experience I’ve had in my 40 years and I’ve owned a lot of vehicles of all types. They give you the straight truth, what you need now, pricing options, and what you'll need at some point (and how long you can wait). These guys are great; we just purchased a new vehicle and will be using them for any auto needs we incur.

This is not the first time I had a problem with Mark the owner at Deerpark muffler. The first time I had him put new exhaust on my 1974 GTO I tried to go over some things with him and he told me that he was good and it had to be done the way he does it so I let him. When I picked the car up I told him that was not going to work the tail pipes where to close to the tires and I was going to put larger tire on it. He told me he didn't have a cristle ball and that he would redoo it but was going to charge me again. The next time I brought my 1968 camaro convertible I called him and made a appointment for the next morning at 8:00AM when he opened. It looked like it was going to rain but I had an obligation so I huried there at 8:00AM I get there and there was no cars on the racks. I ask him where he wanted it and he told me he didn't have room for it I should have brung it on a tuesday or wednsday that there was three are four cars ahead of me and the car had to stay all day and that I couldn't stay with it. So I left for the last time. This is not any way to run a bussiness and he is rude
