Prius service near Houston, TX

SO F'king dope. BMW had a dead battery on the 2nd sub-floor of a parking garage. Saw the ad for Wrench while googling the model and "Battery", usually I don't click on ads but within the text of the ad was exactly what I needed: A turnkey Battery changing service that was mobile. They showed up the next day, fixed it in 20 minutes (the trunk that houses the battery wouldn't open, and the mechanic was able to charge the car, then get it open, which seems like a complication but he BREEZED through it) and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Another great service experience! I have been a customer for 4 years. I'm not sure why it took 10 years living in this area, for me to find this established shop. I have been very satisfied with all of the service provided. They are professional, courteous, honest, ethical & provided quality work on my Infiniti, BMW and Landcruiser. They provide you details on the service that needs to be performed and the labor rates are very reasonable. I can't say enough about the satisfaction and savings that I have experienced by taking my vehicles to Byrd Automotive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!

The worst experience ever took my car there cause my gear wouldn't go into park so he charged me 150.00 to look at it then disassembled my shifter and left it like that with no solution said he couldn't find parts for it said for me to go look for another solution for it. And then they had disabled my car alarm and they couldn't get it to work again and Dave tells me they don't know how to get it to work. Well first off my car was fine when I got there my alarm worked. And they did nothing to help to get my alarm working he tells me go to an alarm company to get it fixed. I will never go there again shity service they will take you money with no problem at all. So my shifter doesn't work my alarm doesn't work and I am out 150.00 so people don't go there I am not sure they can help you they didn't help me at all.

I am very satisfied with the work by A+ Transmission Specialists. Being a disable veteran, I Strongly advice anyone needing not only transmission work but any type auto mobile service to feel confident that you will see quality work. I brought my car in for a new battery bc I was getting on the road and the voltage reading dropped to 12.4. They told me it would be a little over an hour. I called at 2 hours and the rep that had my car was supposed to call me back and never did. I finally got my car back after 3 hours. When I was driving back to Houston the voltage again dipped to 12.4 so I called Monday morning. I asked if they ran the electrical test after replacing the battery. He said they should have but it’s not with my invoice. He would check w the mechanic and call me back. No one has called.

My service visit with David's Auto Collision was great! Muriel and Victor really took care of me, both of them really made my visit pleasant. Muriel and Victor was very polite and professional and displayed great customer service overall and did an outstanding job with repairing the leather on my driver seat and console. The dealership wanted to charge me over $2000 for my Infiniti FX35. Glad I found David's Auto Collision great work and a lot cheaper then the dealer.

Went in for a M/T fluid change and they did a great job. My car felt like it was shifting better as soon as a left the parking lot. They have a nice waiting area with free wifi and coffee so hanging out for a little bit was pretty relaxing. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Sorry for the bad incidence you have reported on Motorsports Imports but unfortunately Juma doesn't work for our company. We never sold any car to you guys so please don't tarnish the name of our company. I have done enough investigation about who Juma is and i found out that he sell his car on street and around gas stations on bellaire and Eldridge. That is where you bought the car from not my dealership. You tried to go cheap on car and you ended up being screwed on the street. Thats why i highly recommend to buy your car from a licensed dealer like Motorsports Imports not on the street from people like Juma. You think am not telling the truth bring the BILL OF SALE to me in my office it will show who sold the car to you. my address is 13200 Bellaire Blvd.

My vehicle had misfire code, I took it in they repaired it and it was fine for a while but then I had the same issue just over a week ago I took it back they said it was a faulty coil. They warranted the work but, the check engine light is on again and it’s the same issue!!! This place was recommended to me so that’s why I went but I live about 45 min away and I’m afraid my vehicle will not make it.

You all literally scammed me out of monies. I brought my car there to get a diagnosis on my AC because it was no longer working. The tech ran a scan, then recharged the freon ($270) only to tell me that the compressor was no good. Mike presented me with a quote of $2500 to replace it, parts and labor. From there, I took my car to another shop whom ran a scan and diagnosed the problem to be the pressor sensor. They charged me $340 for the scan, to replace the sensor, and recharge my freon and the AC has been working ever since. They also told me that you all should have know that it was the sensor before recharging the refrigerant. I will never return to your shop because I do not trust you. The same thing happened when Mike was on vacation and I brought my car in to have a water hose replace. You all did a bypass on my auxiliary water pump. I was told that the part had been discontinued and that the bypass was the work around per the dealership. Well, I called the dealership and was told that was not true as well and that bypassing the pump cause problems. When confronted with this information, after coming back from vacation, Mike insisted that only the hose had been changed which is not true. You all are not to be trusted and I will never refer you business.
