Another great service experience! I have been a customer for 4 years. I'm not sure why it took 10 years living in this area, for me to find this established shop. I have been very satisfied with all of the service provided. They are professional, courteous, honest, ethical & provided quality work on my Infiniti, BMW and Landcruiser. They provide you details on the service that needs to be performed and the labor rates are very reasonable. I can't say enough about the satisfaction and savings that I have experienced by taking my vehicles to Byrd Automotive. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!

These folks are great. Honestly I try and do most of my repairs myself. But this one had me stumped. They found it, charged me a very fair price to do so. When we went to drive away, they found an air pressure warning light and balanced out the tires before we left, including checking the spare. I travel for work and everything seems to happen just as soon as I leave. I know if my Wife, Son or Daughter have an issue, when I can't be there, exactly where I'm sending them. Highly Recommended. Plus they have an awesome "guest service dog", Honey, loved her too.

My windshield wipers would not shut off. Byrd identified the issue and fixed it quickly without any issue. I was very satisfied with their work and the results. Byrd is the only place I'll ever bring a vehicle in The Woodlands. Forget Ford, bring your vehicle to Byrd.

Great Customer Service
Brought my car in for new tires and found out why my cars alignment was off. Byrd took care of it and showed me my options. All the while waited comfortably in a clean, welcoming environment with WIFI!! So I got work done at the same time! And... my car was cleaned and washed before being returned to me. Highly recommended Mike Shaffer and their staff. Very professional and treat you like family. Yvette Acevedo

Good Honest People
