I was ready to leave Loyd Park in Grand Prairie and the front air leveling system was leaking air and would not raise the motorhome. Not drivable. So, I called Quality RV repair who I've done business with before, but turn out they don't work on the Freightliner chassis. Seconds later she is giving me Tommy's name and number. I called it but got voicemail. It was getting late in the day. My family had already gone home, so I called and arranged for another night, thinking Tommy probably would not call back. But a short time later Tommy did call. Said he would be out soon. Soon was very soon as it turned out. You don't find service people like Tommy very often. He crawled under the bus and determined the valve needed to be replaced. He called several places and left with the bad valve as one place said the may have one. Turns out no, but Freightliner Dallas did and he put it in will call. I drove to Dallas and picked up the part that night. Tommy met me back at the campsite 7 ish the next morning and fixed it. Apparently this part had been partially bad for a long time. My Motorhome rides better, handles better, is much quitter and sets higher then before. When I park I can tell the volume of air being released is much greater than bofore. Can't say enough good about Tommy. He gave me a very reasonable rate for his labor as well. When others wanted to charge me for frivolous work that did not need to be done, Conerstone was there for me and fixed everything right the first time. Their rates are very reasonable, and it is the only place I have used for the last 5 years. Great reputation!

Scott & the rest of the employees at this shop give excellent service. I had to get my front brakes done a month or 2 ago & they were able to provide an affordable price for me to get them done as well as have the work done while I was at work in about an hour's time. Not only was it done conveniently fast, it was done right. Then about 2 weeks ago my car was vandalized leaving both of my passenger side windows shattered. Again I had the repairs done at FT Auto & not only saved myself some struggle as well as money on the glass replacement but also recieved the same great timely service again. Top notch organization. I recently purchased a used Volvo and I needed a mechanic shop that I could trust. I made several requests to about 10 different shops and this was the only one that responded in a timely manner and with a professionally written quote and a phone call. This was also the farthest from my home than the others I had send inquiries to. So based on the quick professional response and a couple of phone conversations that impressed me, I chose European Auto Tech. Arthur and Caesar were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and even had my car ready the next morning. Originally they said they may have it for a couple of days, so they were actually ahead of schedule. They did find a few things that needed immediate attention and they called me to see if I wanted to proceed and didn't add any extra labor charges onto the bill. As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. Southwest Autowerks is the most honest, professional and reliable mechic shop in the DFW Metroppex. I highly recommend their services regardless the size of the job to anyone-especially BMW owners. After a year of problems with my car, Golden Rule in 24hrs had it diagnosed and repaired. I would highly recommend especially to single female car owners. For once I had repair done and didn't have to take back because something not done correct or another issue was now present. They are the Best!

I was very impressed that they noticed my oil was extremely low since they were replacing a radiator. This shows how thorough they are, that they checked the oil without being asked. I was very impressed.
