Engine repair service near Justin, TX

i lost faith in Overseas Car Care, aka Overseas Service Haus, aka Overseas Service Auto Haus after having my car there for 3 months for a bad fuel pump. had it towed to another shop only to find out that they Overseas had removed about $2000 worth of perfectly good parts and threw them away. They refused to replace them. to give them 1 star makes me sick.

I have been going to 3rd street garage for a little over a year and have had several things fixed on my jeep. One was the steering box in my jeep last year. When I picked up my jeep the airbag light was on. The mechanic told me to just unhook the battery and the light will go away. I did that and the light remained on. I called Melvin and he said bring it in. I also had a leak in my radiator so I went by there . They were suppose to fix the radiator and fix the airbag problem created when they were working on the steering box. I was even told by the mechanic that is was a clock spring that probably broke while working on it. When I picked up the jeep they fixed the radiator and did not fix the light. When I asked about it they told me they they need to order a special tool to see what the problem was but they said if it was the clock spring then its on them, and if its my airbags then its on me. WHAT??? My jeep was fine when I let you work on it and now there is a problem. It should not be anything I have to deal with. I called back to see if they had this "Special Tool" and was told that Melvin would call me back. That has been 5 days ago and I have not heard from anyone.. Also I find out from them that the whole time, including now, that my airbags will not work if I have an accident. I have had my kids in that vehicle quite a bit and never knew this. The place is ran horribly and is very dirty. I am sure they they have done some people right, but the experience I have had with them has been HORRIBLE. The fact is there is probably no special tool and they are just hoping I don't come back. The spring cost over $400 they told me and that's $400 that they should eat, not me. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

You are in good hands with Alex at Auto Hans. He is experienced and came highly recommended to me by other BMW owners. Alex was able to get me in immediately just before Closing recently even without an appointment to install a new battery so that I wouldn't be stranded in very cold weather. I was ready to leave Loyd Park in Grand Prairie and the front air leveling system was leaking air and would not raise the motorhome. Not drivable. So, I called Quality RV repair who I've done business with before, but turn out they don't work on the Freightliner chassis. Seconds later she is giving me Tommy's name and number. I called it but got voicemail. It was getting late in the day. My family had already gone home, so I called and arranged for another night, thinking Tommy probably would not call back. But a short time later Tommy did call. Said he would be out soon. Soon was very soon as it turned out. You don't find service people like Tommy very often. He crawled under the bus and determined the valve needed to be replaced. He called several places and left with the bad valve as one place said the may have one. Turns out no, but Freightliner Dallas did and he put it in will call. I drove to Dallas and picked up the part that night. Tommy met me back at the campsite 7 ish the next morning and fixed it. Apparently this part had been partially bad for a long time. My Motorhome rides better, handles better, is much quitter and sets higher then before. When I park I can tell the volume of air being released is much greater than bofore. Can't say enough good about Tommy. He gave me a very reasonable rate for his labor as well. We need more Tommy's in the world. Ken
