Scott & the rest of the employees at this shop give excellent service. I had to get my front brakes done a month or 2 ago & they were able to provide an affordable price for me to get them done as well as have the work done while I was at work in about an hour's time. Not only was it done conveniently fast, it was done right. Then about 2 weeks ago my car was vandalized leaving both of my passenger side windows shattered. Again I had the repairs done at FT Auto & not only saved myself some struggle as well as money on the glass replacement but also recieved the same great timely service again. After a year of problems with my car, Golden Rule in 24hrs had it diagnosed and repaired. I would highly recommend especially to single female car owners. For once I had repair done and didn't have to take back because something not done correct or another issue was now present. They are the Best!

I had my oil pan replaced 08-22-14 at C.A.R.S.-they were very professional and completed the job in a timely manner.I dropped the car off and they took me home and picked me up once the car was repaired. They are very service oriented and try to please each customer. I have used them in the past and would recommend them to my friends and anyone looking for a good auto repair shop.

I was ready to leave Loyd Park in Grand Prairie and the front air leveling system was leaking air and would not raise the motorhome. Not drivable. So, I called Quality RV repair who I've done business with before, but turn out they don't work on the Freightliner chassis. Seconds later she is giving me Tommy's name and number. I called it but got voicemail. It was getting late in the day. My family had already gone home, so I called and arranged for another night, thinking Tommy probably would not call back. But a short time later Tommy did call. Said he would be out soon. Soon was very soon as it turned out. You don't find service people like Tommy very often. He crawled under the bus and determined the valve needed to be replaced. He called several places and left with the bad valve as one place said the may have one. Turns out no, but Freightliner Dallas did and he put it in will call. I drove to Dallas and picked up the part that night. Tommy met me back at the campsite 7 ish the next morning and fixed it. Apparently this part had been partially bad for a long time. My Motorhome rides better, handles better, is much quitter and sets higher then before. When I park I can tell the volume of air being released is much greater than bofore. Can't say enough good about Tommy. He gave me a very reasonable rate for his labor as well. We need more Tommy's in the world. Ken

These guys are the most honest mechanics I have ever encountered. When others wanted to charge me for frivolous work that did not need to be done, Conerstone was there for me and fixed everything right the first time. Their rates are very reasonable, and it is the only place I have used for the last 5 years. Great reputation!

These guys might be able to fix a flat tire, but thats about it. I had my clutch replaced here because they were about $200 cheaper so i went with it. When i got my car back my steering wheel was stuck 90 degrees to the left and there was a huge dent in my hood. Why they called and said my car was ready i have no idea. Of course they couldnt fix it right then so i had to bring it back. the next weekend they fixed that but kept telling me to come back the next weekend to take care of the dent. After 2 months they finally got to it by sending it to another body shop. When i got the call to come get it, they made me drive my car, at their shop, to the body shop without the hood. I was in absolute disbelief. Even one of the employees there told me that wasnt right. They have lost a customer here and hopefully my misfortune to save a few bucks will save someone else the pain ive gone through. Liked: Disliked:
