HI I noticed that the McKinney location for DFW Dent Repair was under construction so I took my 2014 Honda Accord to their Lewisville location to get some recent hail damage repaired. These guys are great! They worked with my insurance company and made to process so easy. It's amazing how they work their "magic" and saw dents I didn't even realize where there. They answered all of my questions and are very "customer focused" They got my car in and out in a reasonable time and the coupon on their website helped me cover my deductible! I was so thrilled with how the Honda turned out, I just dropped off our Mercedes E350 for hail damage repairs! I've dealt with fly by night dent repair companies that pop up like weeds after a hail storm before. This is a brick and mortor location and this is all they do! i lost faith in Overseas Car Care, aka Overseas Service Haus, aka Overseas Service Auto Haus after having my car there for 3 months for a bad fuel pump. had it towed to another shop only to find out that they Overseas had removed about $2000 worth of perfectly good parts and threw them away. They refused to replace them. to give them 1 star makes me sick.

The owner qouted me one price then charged a higher price. I had a Model T Ford engine rebuilt by Piranio. Many problems with the work. First the timing gear was off by 4 positons. I took a while to figure out that problem. Then there was a constant engine noise, which I have later figured out is piston slap in two cylinders. I took my engine out of the car and he said he went thourgh it. I don't know how he missed the scratches on the pistoin. I have pictuers if you want to see them. I put the engine back in the car and the piston noise was still there. Next, I trailered my T up to his shop to let him listen to the noise. He said he thought it was the transmission and didn't konw too much about Model T transmissions. I really this Dennis Prianio is dishonest and only wanted to take my money. I have had this engine out of my car three times now and still have the problem. Buyer Beware.

I have taken both cars on a couple of occasions. They are great at the complicated issues. The cars are getting older and are starting to have issues. I can trust the team to diagnose everything correctly. On a recent visit, I was following my wife in her car. Her comment, "Autocare European, won't they be expensive?" The answer is they are very affordable. Plus on one visit they gave me a loan car. Plus, they detail the car on each visit. I am sold.

The guys were very kind and took the time to be clear when explaining the work they were completing for me and my wife. I will send my friends to A-1 no problem!
