Took my car there and they were unable to even diagnose the problem after having the car for 2 weeks. During the 2 weeks they had the car, I called numerous times to check on the progress. Was told they were doing "tests" and was told the mechanic would call me later. Never received any calls. Decided to take the car to another shop and when I went to move the car, the mechanic told me he would move it for me the next morning. At lunchtime, a friend called me to tell me they still hadn't moved the car. When I called them, April told me to come move it myself. I informed her that I had been there the previous day to move it and the mechanic said he would get it moved for me. The shop the car was moved to had the problem diagnosed within a couple of hours.

Scott & the rest of the employees at this shop give excellent service. I had to get my front brakes done a month or 2 ago & they were able to provide an affordable price for me to get them done as well as have the work done while I was at work in about an hour's time. Not only was it done conveniently fast, it was done right. Then about 2 weeks ago my car was vandalized leaving both of my passenger side windows shattered. Again I had the repairs done at FT Auto & not only saved myself some struggle as well as money on the glass replacement but also recieved the same great timely service again. Nick goes above and beyond to provide a great service at the lowest cost possible. He will shop parts from different suppliers to find a deal, etc. then present all the options to you and he lets the customer decide. He has always been honest with me and never suggests extra work that doesn't truly need to be done. Never pushy. Always wants what is best for the customer's needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

My car would not start, I thought it was a bad battery. They checked it out and said the battery was good - no need to waste money on a new battery. They found the problem (alternator), and fixed it the same day. Price was reasonable too.

I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease.
