Honest, quick, professional! Called them for an oil change and wheel alignment appointment and they were able to take my Toyota Prius immediately. They did an excellent job, pointed out some things that I should get fixed, and told me how much I should expect the service to cost. It's a no-brainer to return to them again in the future.

I had a good experience here. This is the first time I took my car in for a repair in San Antonio. I called them for a quote, I was happy with the price (I had done my research), they ordered the part, we made the appointment and then I brought it in. They fixed it in the amount of time they said they would even though I showed up late, they charged me the price they quoted and they didn't bring any new problems to my attention. They also gave me $25 off because I signed up for the text message discounts. I haven't been getting any texts since then but I got and used that first one. I haven't smelled oil since that day. They also gave me a stamp card to earn a free oil change. I'm thoroughly happy.

Awesome place to go to recommend everyone to go u will not have to worry about getting burnt its beats dealership prices and warranty comes with the work they do ;0) I had trouble with my chevy truck and they fixed it for me that same day ... also you will not have to worry if they are lying about what the problems are with your vehicle because they have been around for too many years and have enough customers to keep them in business because of the quality work they door!! their not like other places trying to squeeze every dollar out of you just in case you do not come back..

So sorry to be writing this, as we LOVE Tim Duncan, but he needs to know the shoddy details of his shop! My daughter paid for striping to be done on her car in May of 2015. The striping was wrinkled and looked bad after a couple months. My daughter called REPEATEDLY to request a time for the striping to be redone. She was told by "MIKE K." time & time again, to call back, because his "installer" had to match the stripe and he did not know what color it was, even though it was only a few months prior. My daughter was told repeatedly that she would have to WAIT for the installer to fit her into HIS schedule. EIGHT MONTHS later, when NO phone calls were being returned, we finally get a hold of "MIKE" again. He stated there would be a COST for the installer's time, for redoing the bad striping, even though we had a "5 Year" warranty, which we actually had to REQUEST in writing on the day of the install. VERY BAD SERVICE and RUDE People would take our calls and give no information, except to say, call back another time. Finally, after contacting "MIKE" and told him we have limited time between jobs to juggle transportation, my daughter left her car at their lot for a week, while on a business trip. "MIKE" forgot where he told her to put the keys to her car and seemed confused when we called. It is my guess they do this kind of thing very often! Finally, the installer got the job done, but they hardly acknowledged us at the front desk, and just drove her car to the front, so much as to say, here is your car, don't let the door hit you on the way out! We left without so much as a hello or goodbye! Thankfully, they did not request that we pay a cost for the installer's time, because they would be HARD PRESSED for that! Would NEVER go through those hoops again or do business with them again!

If you are ready to hand over your money to inexperience mechanics that do damage to our truck and a owner who doesn't return your calls then this is the place to go!! Do your research visit all the reviews there is a reason why this place is always switching management! This place gets an F on the BBB website!!

well if you want an engine swap they can do that but if your gonna want it put back the same way they are not the people you want to trust fast service but very very half assed job. didnt even test drive it as long as the engine was in they are pretty much done with you ' just because you have all the tools doesnt mean your a mechanic i could have gone to a chop shop and would have recieved same service

I went here because my door latch was broken and my door wouldn't open. When I told the mechanic all he did was pull on the door and handle(which wouldn't open of course) and decided that the problem was the motor in the door. He charged me over $200 and made me wait for five hours before they finally called and said that it was the door latch and he needed another $100 dollars. We said forget it and when we picked it up they didn't even clean off the grease marks they made of over the inside of the doors and window. AND MY DOOR STILL DIDN'T OPEN! We called again to have them fix the botched job and they said they were going to charge $50 JUST TO OPEN THE DOOR TO LOOK AT IT! DO NOT go to this place unless you want to be ripped off by half-ass mechanics. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

This man Romo put faulty parts in my car,,How i found out,was i only used him and no one else.I pay him cash always upfront thinking hes giving me a great discount,Yeah right,,The part that he fixed went out on me..It flew out of my car.When i took it to another certificated dealer they said he put in bad parts ,He put in his own that he made up..I could if gotten in a serious accident,,He never called me back when it broke down,,he ignored my calls.. Why did he because he robbed me from his made up parts.How sad,..STAY AWAY !! Please DO NOT USE HIM WARNING !!!!!

This is my second time I have taken my car here, per the request of a family member. The first time, I took my car in for a gas tank restoration. When the car was returned to me, I was told everything was fine and should have no more problems. When I went to fill up my gas tank that same day, I was shocked to discover all of the gas that I had just put in was spilled on the floor of the gas station. They didn't fix the problem, only made it worse and had to take it back for them to fix it! Now a few months later, I took my car there again, because Ray is a friend of my family member, even though I did not want to take my car there again. Ray told me my car should be ready in about a week. It has now been exactly a month and my car is still not finished. When I try to call he does not pick up the phone. Now I have to ask a friend to take me there to check the status of my car myself. I will never be taking my car here again or allow my family to take their car here either. Not a trustworthy business.

DO NOT take your car to Fernando Gutierrez! He used to be so fair & honest. He always seemed to give me a good price & quick service. He seemed to actually care about his customers. But lately, over the last year or so, he has changed. The last couple of times I took my car to him he couldn't figure out what was wrong even after driving the car with me and my pointing out what it was doing wrong. But I still gave him the benefit of the doubt & recently took my daughter's car to him to fix a broken axle. He charged her $484. After the repair it didn't feel right & she took it back the next day. He said he looked at it, drove it, and couldn't find anything wrong. Again he wanted to drive it with her for her to point out what she was feeling even though she felt this should have been obvious. She took her car to the Ford Dealership where they immediately found that the axle was installed incorrectly, the front wheel was loose and wobbly, & the motor was resting on the frame! A screw was inserted crookedly, stripping the threads in the axle assembly. The wheel was damaged beyond repair from the loose lug nuts. She could have been killed if she had taken it on the freeway! The wheel would have flown off! He refuses to admit any wrong doing even though he let it slip that he did not do the work or look at it himself. He refuses to give even a partial refund. The repair cost at Ford is $2800 + tax to fix the damage he caused by his negligence. She could have been killed! And all he could say was, "I don't know what happened. Bring it back to me and I'll fix it right this time." He already had a second chance and didn't even look at it. Who, in their right mind would take it back to him again????????

Where to begin? Paid $40 for diagnostic, also gave a down of $740 to buy parts. We called every week for the last month and was told they were still working on our truck. 1 month later...we receive a call to pick up our truck because they couldnt fix it. You would think that we would get our money back if the parts they put didnt fix the problem, right? Negative! They kept $516 because of "labor". They told us to take it to the dealer to get it fixed. So we are short $516 and with the lousiest verbal diagnostic. We werent given any paper indicating what the problem was just a receipt of what they charged.

WARNING!! I used an HEB coupon on back of my receipt for an oil change and tire rotation. I got my car back with 3 broken/ cracked wheel caps on my rims. I have called at least a dozen times talking to manager to replace them. This shop does not care about fixing their mistakes. Total incompetence. I am going to sue and write bad reviews about them everywhere. I am going to file a complaint with the better business also.
