Just had some repairs done to my 2008 Ford Diesel. I was quoted over a 1000.00 at another shop for repairs that were not even needed. Dorsett's saved me almost 350.00 dollars as the truck did not need what the other shop said it needed. My car was towed in to this shop . I chose this shop cause I use to work there when it was under different management (back when the short bald guy ran it) the mechanics then were dedicated to there jobs , and cared about DIAGNOSING OUR CUSTOMERS cars with precision and performed the service like professionals. When my 1989 trans am wss towed in I explained to sid the problems he began to assign his mechanic , guaranteeing it would be completed as I haad to return home to arkansas. The car had sit for three years with a full tank of gas (I just purchased said car) the first thing they said was distributer , then computer , next a short in the wiring and the next day still not finished I flew home .so three weeks later I returned to pick up my vehicle that they replaced the distributer and fuel pump and thats it onlyy now it would start but ran rough ii was frusterated at the whole situation I was forced to have to take vehicle back home the car was missing on four cylinders thats half so me being a mech .I got the car to my dads and began to notice a lot of vacuum hoses off time ran out so I loaded it on a trailer and came home the next day I began to work on it and found it needed a fuse and two injectors . After being CHARGED 1450.00 FOR A DISTRIIBUTER AND FUEL PUMP MY CAR SHOULD OF RAN LIKE IT WAS NEW..SID TOTALLY RIPPED ME OFF CAUSE I lIVED OUT OF STATE and it would be hard to get warranty work done !!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE FOR ANYTHIING IT HAS GONE DOWNHILL SINCE SID TOOK IT OVER !!!! TAKE SOME PRIDE IN UR BUISNESS .

The worst experience ever took my car there cause my gear wouldn't go into park so he charged me 150.00 to look at it then disassembled my shifter and left it like that with no solution said he couldn't find parts for it said for me to go look for another solution for it. And then they had disabled my car alarm and they couldn't get it to work again and Dave tells me they don't know how to get it to work. Well first off my car was fine when I got there my alarm worked. And they did nothing to help to get my alarm working he tells me go to an alarm company to get it fixed. I will never go there again shity service they will take you money with no problem at all. So my shifter doesn't work my alarm doesn't work and I am out 150.00 so people don't go there I am not sure they can help you they didn't help me at all.

I brought my car in for a new battery bc I was getting on the road and the voltage reading dropped to 12.4. They told me it would be a little over an hour. I called at 2 hours and the rep that had my car was supposed to call me back and never did. I finally got my car back after 3 hours. When I was driving back to Houston the voltage again dipped to 12.4 so I called Monday morning. I asked if they ran the electrical test after replacing the battery. He said they should have but it’s not with my invoice. He would check w the mechanic and call me back. No one has called.

These guys fixed my car’s leaking oil problems. The garage is clean now.

This is the first mechanic in more than a decade that I have found to be completely honest and reasonable. We have a Honda, a Ford and a Mitsubishi and all three cars are serviced by Paul and the mechanics. Such a nice, and honest service and dependable. Several times, Paul did not charge us to verify timing belts and some of the other "problems" other shops found. Once you experience their service you will never go anywhere else.

Maurice has always and completely deliver excellent customer service. I have been going to Maurice for years. I wouldn't change it for the world. He uses good quality products and gets the job done in a timely manner. I walk away satisfied every single time. He and his workers demonstrate good customer service skills and is very patient. I found the details of this place over the net. Wasn't sure when I first arrived and left my car repairs. But the gentleman (Mr JR) who worked on my car was extremely good at his job. He performed a thorough checkup, found the root cause and fixed my car. I would definitely recommend his workshop for Transmission related issues.

Personable and not a bad location either. This isn't a big shop, but they are friendly and knowledgeable. They specialize in Jaguars, Land Rovers, and Mini Coopers. I must be one of many people who hate the Mini dealership (I drove all the way to the Woodlands to buy my Mini after reading reviews of Momentum Mini, but it's not practical to go there for maintenance). It's strange that I didn't hate Momentum Volvo when I had one....is it just the Mini folks for some reason? Mike is chatty and tells you what's going on with the repair, and knows what's going on with my car. I was so glad to find them.
