Come on ppl, you guys are a vehicle-care company!!! Get a diagnostics machine to where you guys can hook vehicles up that are ESP, your business will get even MORE business believe it or not!!!

I really wish someone would close these jerks down. SCAMMERS CON-ARTS, CROOKS, SWINDLERS. In-human idiots that lie lie lie and steal your money. They fix nothing. I brought my car there and paid an arm and leg for them to fix my car and nothing but made it worse. Anyone that reads these reviews and brings there car to them Please call the police immediately. IMMEDIATELY. I wish the police would pay attention to these reviews, go there and shut them down and arrest these thief's. They have a post on Craig's list so beware. Oh that review that someone said their $600 dollar radio was stolen. It wasn't stolen they so called mechanics stole it and lied.

DON'T GO THIS SHOP!!! THEY RIP YOU OFF!!!! SHAME ON THEM! I went there on Nov. 2012. I asked them the price before they started to fix my car. There was one of African-American guys told me "about $20" which I had the same problem before in my car and got it fixed in another repair shop for "NO CHARGE". However, after the guy used a plastic strap to tie it up for my car's skidplate. That guy walked into the rest area and told me "$20 CASH". Since I didn't have enough cash that day, and I pointed their glass door and asked him "BUT, here said Your store accept credit cards." Then, the African-American was madly and yelled to me say "IF YOU NEED ME PUT INTO COMPUTER, THEN IT COST MORE." then, they had me waited a while there when they were putting my car info into computer. THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD $30. That was ridiculous! Afterward, I called back to the store few times and tried to talk to the manager, but they told me NO MANAGER THERE. I've also emailed their customer service center from online twice, but I still didn't get any response from them since this company didn't list any 1-800 for customer to call. BAD SHOP! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THEM! I'LL NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN EVEN I LIVE CLOSE BY.

I do not recommend anyone here anymore, due to bad service. Management and staff changed recently and no longer provide the same customer service. The manager there has no people skills and does not seem to care about the horrible customer service he provides clientele. I used Meineke every month for my regular oil changes for the past 4 years at this location and have been very disappointed with my last 3 visits. They always seem to find something new or wrong with my vehicles each time I go and feel pressured to pay for new & unnecessary services each time. A dishonest business does not look out for it's customers and will lose integrity,not just it's customers. I no longer recommend this location to friends and family and am now taking my vehicles elsewhere. Do your research and take your vehicle, where you are appreciated as a customer and where you can trust the people you do business with.

I have been to several auto repair shops in Houston and this one is absolutely the worst of them, by far. So I wanted to do a simple state inspection on my car, which runs very well without any noise or problems. Their behavior was so rude, unprofessional, and dishonest and they wasted my time by making me visit four times without finishing a simple inspection although they charged me for that. First time I went there, "their machine was down" so I came back the day after. After several hours of waiting, the rude staff told me that my car needs a CV axle replacement that costs $400 and without that replacement, they won't pass the inspection. (Note: CV axle is not even part of the state inspection!) But regardless of that they charged me for the inspection service and they gave me a 10-day grace period to fix this axle and come back to finish the inspection for free. So I replaced the axle in another shop for $250!! and came back the next week to finish the inspection for free as he promised me. But guess what? "The machine was down" again so they asked me to come back the day after. Finally, I took my car for the forth time and he told me "their machine is still down" and I need to take my car to another shop in order to catch the registration deadline. But I have already paid them for the inspection. When I complained, they just denied the whole story and whatever he already promised me to do. VERY RUDE! I do not recommend this shabby shop to anyone. I wish I could rate them zero stars.

The short version is that car spa damaged my vehicle and have given me the run around for over a month without fixing it. I was a repeat customer who brought multiple cars there for years (probably spending a couple of thousand dollars all together). Never again. Long version: 1 month ago, on a Saturday, I came in for an oil change and general cleaning (inside and out). After the oil change but during the cleaning inside the car, an employee broke my rear view mirror off in such a way that it couldn't be reattached. The guy who broke the mirror was very apologetic and I wasn't particularly upset about that (accidents happen). What did bug me was waiting beside my car for 30 minutes until a manager (Juan) could look at the damage and take down my details. On the back of their copy of the receipt, I wrote down my name, number, make, model, VIN, etc and since it was the weekend, Juan promised to call me on Monday with a resolution. No one calls me on Monday. I wait until Thursday to call them and after 20 mins on hold am told that the part has been ordered and that they will call me when it comes in. No one calls me the following week. I call on Friday and after a lot of hold time, I am told that the wrong part arrived, had to be returned and the correct one ordered. I will be called when it arrives. No one calls me the following week. I show up in person on Sunday and talk to Juan (who doesn't remember me of course). I describe the repeated calls, the repeated runaround and how after three weeks, this just needs to be made right. He promises, to my face, to make amends and take care of me and fix my mirror. I am clear that I will wait 1 week and if it is not resolved by then, I start posting my experience online. That was 9 days ago. Car Spa, your staff lie to your customers, repeatedly, on the phone and in person and it reflects very poorly on your company as a whole. Just got screwed!!! Charged me $50.00 for the cabin filter. I even help the guy take out the glove box and replace it as I set in the truck. Only paid $25.00 for the air filter above the motor. I won't be going back.

You all literally scammed me out of monies. I brought my car there to get a diagnosis on my AC because it was no longer working. The tech ran a scan, then recharged the freon ($270) only to tell me that the compressor was no good. Mike presented me with a quote of $2500 to replace it, parts and labor. From there, I took my car to another shop whom ran a scan and diagnosed the problem to be the pressor sensor. They charged me $340 for the scan, to replace the sensor, and recharge my freon and the AC has been working ever since. They also told me that you all should have know that it was the sensor before recharging the refrigerant. I will never return to your shop because I do not trust you. The same thing happened when Mike was on vacation and I brought my car in to have a water hose replace. You all did a bypass on my auxiliary water pump. I was told that the part had been discontinued and that the bypass was the work around per the dealership. Well, I called the dealership and was told that was not true as well and that bypassing the pump cause problems. When confronted with this information, after coming back from vacation, Mike insisted that only the hose had been changed which is not true. You all are not to be trusted and I will never refer you business.

I purchased a LS P75 head from this place on a Friday and was later told on the following Monday, by the owner, that I was suppose to remove the head myself. I requested for a refund that Monday and was told Tuesday to pick up the head because they finally removed it that day. The owner said, " Sorry but head is there ready for you and if he didn't have the head then he would refund it." Not only did I purchase this head but I also paid for a motor swap which ended up having an oil issue that they did not fix. I also requested for my car's original motor and transmission back, in which the owner said it was recycled. This was without my permission nor did he notify me about it. Later found out he kept it, as he does with other customers car's motor and transmission; then sells them to new customers. Don't take any advice from this place nor do business with it because there only looking to skim by with your money. The owner does not respect customers and he does not respect his workers. This alone tells you enough about himself and his business. I don't want the people from my city getting messed over by this corrupt Non-Texan.

I come every day to this location New manger since a month worst management Ever seen need to replace him . Vary bad customer ex , I will never go there again .

I was never told that the tires were not balanced. Tires were mounted on the rims but never balanced. Not balancing the tires caused damage to the tires after I drove the RV on the highway . This caused an extremely harsh ride. Violet and heavy shaking. When I returned the RV to JV Houston Tires & Wheels I was informed they could not balance the wheels because they did not have the proper hubs for the tire balancing machine. I have attempted to have the tires balanced, at my expense to no avail. This has gone on for a year with no attempt to rectify the problem. Very hard person to deal with.
