hi im from fort worth texas, evertime i have trouble with something about rebuild engine, is dosent bother me to drive 5 hours until this machine shop because i know that im going to get the best of best, they always treat me very friendly with good quality and fair price. i feel very satisfied with workmanship.

Personable and not a bad location either. This isn't a big shop, but they are friendly and knowledgeable. They specialize in Jaguars, Land Rovers, and Mini Coopers. I must be one of many people who hate the Mini dealership (I drove all the way to the Woodlands to buy my Mini after reading reviews of Momentum Mini, but it's not practical to go there for maintenance). It's strange that I didn't hate Momentum Volvo when I had one....is it just the Mini folks for some reason? Mike is chatty and tells you what's going on with the repair, and knows what's going on with my car. I was so glad to find them.

When I first called them they couldn’t get me in for two weeks, ok whatever. Two weeks later I call them, they don’t even remember me but just tell me bring in my vehicle they’ll get me in. They told me it would be a week and a half to rebuild the engine and they would call me when it was done. They originally quoted me $3995. A week after I dropped it off they called me and told me it would $7k to fix it. I told them that wouldn’t work so they backed it off to $5700. They told me again a week and a half and they would call me-don’t call them. Two weeks later I call them and they told me they would call me back later that day with an update. No call. I called back Monday and the guy I spoke with was absolutely nasty to me. It had already taken twice as long as they had quoted me and my car had failed the test drive. They decided to pull my engine back out and NO ONE had called me!!!!!!!!! This time they told me it would be 15-20 business days! On top of the time they already had it! When I finally get it back the interior is greasy the exterior is caked in dirt and my Windshield is cracked! I read the reviews and decided to give this place a chance. I just hope the engine holds up because if that works as well as anything else this company does it’s gonna crap out.

I do not recommend anyone here anymore, due to bad service. Management and staff changed recently and no longer provide the same customer service. The manager there has no people skills and does not seem to care about the horrible customer service he provides clientele. I used Meineke every month for my regular oil changes for the past 4 years at this location and have been very disappointed with my last 3 visits. They always seem to find something new or wrong with my vehicles each time I go and feel pressured to pay for new & unnecessary services each time. A dishonest business does not look out for it's customers and will lose integrity,not just it's customers. I no longer recommend this location to friends and family and am now taking my vehicles elsewhere. Do your research and take your vehicle, where you are appreciated as a customer and where you can trust the people you do business with.

I took a motor to be prepped so i can rebuild it myself and he misplaced my pistons. He was suppose to bore the engine to .30 over and he bored it to .32 over and I realized that he only honed the motor to make it look like he bored it.....he does bad work. I would not recommend going to this machine shop at all.....

Please listen to these customer. Steve Welch is a CROOK.... HE IS RUDE AND HIS SHOP IS NASTY. He needs to be put out of business. Steve quote you a phone prive to get your car and then up the price by thousands. And I mean Thousands. He only takes CASH. He had my car since 2/2012 AND I PAID HIM IN FULL AND MY CAR STILL DON'T WORK. He refuse to repair the car correctly to work. He claims to rebuilt motor that's bull why my car don't WORK? He took my battery out my car put it on flat and refuse to give me my keys and then call the police after I paid him in full. The police grant me my car with out paying any extra charges. THE AR STILL DON'T WORK!!! Pls run THE OTHER WAY. STEVE , I'LL SEE YOU IN COURT.
