Top notch organization. I recently purchased a used Volvo and I needed a mechanic shop that I could trust. I made several requests to about 10 different shops and this was the only one that responded in a timely manner and with a professionally written quote and a phone call. This was also the farthest from my home than the others I had send inquiries to. So based on the quick professional response and a couple of phone conversations that impressed me, I chose European Auto Tech. Arthur and Caesar were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and even had my car ready the next morning. Originally they said they may have it for a couple of days, so they were actually ahead of schedule. They did find a few things that needed immediate attention and they called me to see if I wanted to proceed and didn't add any extra labor charges onto the bill. It's not really that parts for an old E-55 AMG only come from Germany and are obviously gold plated. Everything else would be a 6 Star if it was a available.

I have been using Adams Central Auto Care for about five years now. My previous mechanic started getting sloppy. I have had great experiences when using Adams Central. My new car which was purchased from Town North Mazda and only has 7000 miles on it has a bald tire from a pull to the right both of which I am told are normal. I picked up the car 3 days later and my clutch was burned up. I had it towed back immediately and they stated they did nothing to my car. The cars clutch was fine when we dropped it off. I have left messages with the GM and no response as well as Mazda USA. I would definetly not recommend this dealership or service department.

My car was making a real odd noise and I thought my ac was going bad. I took it to Eagle Transmission in Mesquite. They were able to quickly diagnose that my belt tension-er was the problem. You are in good hands with Alex at Auto Hans. He is experienced and came highly recommended to me by other BMW owners. Alex was able to get me in immediately just before Closing recently even without an appointment to install a new battery so that I wouldn't be stranded in very cold weather. That's good service and greatly appreciated. Maintenance and Repairs are done properly and you WILL save money over the Dealership !

i lost faith in Overseas Car Care, aka Overseas Service Haus, aka Overseas Service Auto Haus after having my car there for 3 months for a bad fuel pump. had it towed to another shop only to find out that they Overseas had removed about $2000 worth of perfectly good parts and threw them away. They refused to replace them. to give them 1 star makes me sick.

Dave and the guys there always service all of my 6 vehicles from new daily vehicles to several classic muscle cars. They are honest, locally owned and fair priced. There is a one star rating on here that references a completely different shop so ignore the rating for Dallas Car Care, but read it to know where not to go. THESE GUYS ARE HARD TO BEAT. 100% recommend them.
