In most cases auto repair labor charges will exceed the cost of parts by 70 to 300 percent, a wide disparity indeed.

All of my issues are ongoing. None of them are ever fixed. I have to continue to bring vehicle back for same issue or for “new” issue that supposedly occurred out of the blue but in truth are by products of tech mistakes.

This place is definitely a 5 star rating from me. I called on a Saturday afternoon because of an incident I had on the highway where a piece of wood fell from a trailer and ripped up my transmission pans and caused a bad leak. Needed work done ASAP because I had an 8 hour road trip to return home 3 days later. The owner Eduardo picked up my phone call and came in on his free time to check my car out and fix it as soon as possible. It was ready to go in just 2 days. He was extremely friendly and professional. He took the time to update me on my car with the exact issues and costs. Very affordable. I highly recommend this shop. Please go somewhere else and do not even think about letting these guys touch your vehicle. All they care about is your money. They don't offer any warranty what so ever. I came in for a wheel alignment and the car still pulls to the left so I took it back and long story short, instead of saying "I am sorry", The guy cursed at me in Spanish and pushed me out the door. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Dave and the guys there always service all of my 6 vehicles from new daily vehicles to several classic muscle cars. They are honest, locally owned and fair priced. There is a one star rating on here that references a completely different shop so ignore the rating for Dallas Car Care, but read it to know where not to go. THESE GUYS ARE HARD TO BEAT. 100% recommend them.
