Went in for an oil change before going on a road trip and the GM Michael was very honest and explained that it could be unsafe to drive so far due to an issue he identified. And it did turn out to be an issue that needed to be addressed. Not to mention if I had ignored the advice would have left my family stranded somewhere on I10. He and his coworkers were very helpful and understanding of our situation, I couldn't have asked to be link up with anyone better than Michael, his boss and his crew! Just had some repairs done to my 2008 Ford Diesel. I was quoted over a 1000.00 at another shop for repairs that were not even needed. My skid control light came on on my 2014 Mercedes. Did not want to go to the Dealer so the local auto parts store in Webster recommended Gulf Coast Auto. I called them and scheduled an appointment, Wow nice shop, good crew and no run-around. Turns out wit was no biggy, in and out in less then a day for a fair price.

The worst experience ever took my car there cause my gear wouldn't go into park so he charged me 150.00 to look at it then disassembled my shifter and left it like that with no solution said he couldn't find parts for it said for me to go look for another solution for it. And then they had disabled my car alarm and they couldn't get it to work again and Dave tells me they don't know how to get it to work. Well first off my car was fine when I got there my alarm worked. And they did nothing to help to get my alarm working he tells me go to an alarm company to get it fixed. I will never go there again shity service they will take you money with no problem at all. So my shifter doesn't work my alarm doesn't work and I am out 150.00 so people don't go there I am not sure they can help you they didn't help me at all.
