Very crooked, dishonest business. They charged me $3000 dollars for a repair. I paid for it with my American Express Card. They then declared that my car ownership and the repair warranty belongs to an old, White man who helped me tolled the car off the road. I had to call American Express to dispute it as a bad business deal. The manger asked for 0 proof from a White handy man to assure the ownership of the car, but he demands to see my car title, the credit card recipt to prove that it's my car and that I paid for the repair. He even insinuate that the man is letting me use the car temporarily. I showed him the original sales contract of the car that stayed with the maintanece book from many years ago - the only paper I had at the time. He refused to look at it. He just asked for the title paper of the car more aggressively.. The credit card used for the transaction has my name on it and it matches the record in the front side of the repair order. He asked me to leave, saying I have a bad attitude. Nobody would trust a 2 year warranty when one is denied of one's standing as a customer, as owner of the warranty, as a paid consumer and the car owner, simply because one is not an old, white man. This whole thing is just bad, bad, crooked deal...
