I found the shop to be very clean and the waiting area impressive. The work they did for me was done on time and for exactly what they told me. I will be back!

I have no idea what their workmanship is like, I never made it inside the place. I called, while at work, twice with no answer (11am), that's fine, maybe their in the shop. Left a message with no return call. After 2 hours of waiting, I call again, this time some answers rudely, "hello!". I reply, "is this katy muffler shop?". He replies "ugh yeah!. I say "maybe you should say that when people call you." and hang up. 1 minute later, calls me back asking me if I have a problem...to wich I reply "yeah you should have customer service lessons." Wrong guy...guy I will be writing bad reviews wherever i can and telling everyone within ear-shot to avoid this place like the plague. You cannot expect to get new customers from phone calls, if this is the way you treat people.

I was left on the side of the road!! This company was referred to me by autozone. They were nice enough to pick up the vehicle, take me home, diagnose and fix the problem in the same day and even picked me up when the car was ready!! Now that's service!!

I brought my car in for a new battery bc I was getting on the road and the voltage reading dropped to 12.4. They told me it would be a little over an hour. I called at 2 hours and the rep that had my car was supposed to call me back and never did. I finally got my car back after 3 hours. When I was driving back to Houston the voltage again dipped to 12.4 so I called Monday morning. I asked if they ran the electrical test after replacing the battery. He said they should have but it’s not with my invoice. He would check w the mechanic and call me back. No one has called.

This is the first mechanic in more than a decade that I have found to be completely honest and reasonable. We have a Honda, a Ford and a Mitsubishi and all three cars are serviced by Paul and the mechanics. Such a nice, and honest service and dependable. Several times, Paul did not charge us to verify timing belts and some of the other "problems" other shops found. Once you experience their service you will never go anywhere else.

Maurice has always and completely deliver excellent customer service. I have been going to Maurice for years. I wouldn't change it for the world. He uses good quality products and gets the job done in a timely manner. I walk away satisfied every single time. He and his workers demonstrate good customer service skills and is very patient. Had an electrical issue that has been diagnosed by multiple shops previously, including the dealership - they all wanted over a thousand dollars to replace a 'module that went bad' which was causing my windows not to work properly and my doors to not close themselves. The technician here pulled my car in and showed me that the fault with my Mercedes S550 wasn't in fact a bad module, but a module that needed to be reprogrammed/recalibrated. They took care of the problem while I watched, and didn't even charge me anything - they just told me to be sure and leave them a review online! So here I am! I'll definitely be back anytime my car or any of my family's cars need any work done! Thanks IDB!

My vehicle had misfire code, I took it in they repaired it and it was fine for a while but then I had the same issue just over a week ago I took it back they said it was a faulty coil. They warranted the work but, the check engine light is on again and it’s the same issue!!! This place was recommended to me so that’s why I went but I live about 45 min away and I’m afraid my vehicle will not make it.

11-18 -19 My car over heated. Stan, who is a lair and a cheat, told me it was a thermostat. So I greed to have them fix it. Then Stan called claiming the water pump was bad and it is easier to replace the timing belt at this time so I agreed. While they changed the timing belt they mistimed the engine and destroyed it. They bought a replacement engine a “ salvaged” long block. No telling how many mile is on it! I asked that they put the parts I paid for on the salvaged engine. Almost ONE month later, 12-16-19 after repeated calls made by me I was able to pick up my car. I presented the rental car bill and Stan, who is a lair and a cheat said the owner will send me a check, but my car broke after 10 minutes of driving. They tried to claimed it was the exhaust not the engine but eventually cleared the problem. I asked Stan who is a lair and a cheat, if the new parts are on my car and he said no, but I’m going to warranty it for 3yrs 36k miles prorated. Next morning the engine light came on so I took it to the dealer it was there for 3 days while repairing the wiring and sensors that weren’t wired correctly and install missing bolts on the engine! To date my car has still overheated 2X I have exhaust fumes in the cab and most importantly I have not been reimbursed for the rental car and don’t have the parts I paid for.

Horrible Service. These boys don't know what there doing. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE. They took my money but did not provide the service stated on the invoice. Had to get new brakes and rotors within 3 months of them putting new brakes and Rotors on, really really!!! Better Business Bureau gives this Meineke location an "F" rating . Sad but true they are not to be trusted. This business is not BBB accredited.

Was sent to this shop by Discount Tires to repair a stud they broke on my van. This shop is horrible, they lack in Customer Service and gave me the run around and never fixed the van. Discount Tires was notifed and they are currently looking for a new vendor.

I've been going to this mechanic for a long time, I had paid for a brand new compressor for $1000. He installed a rebuilt one and lied to me. I went back to complain and to get the new one installed and he charged me labor to install it. The compressor is still having problems and he still charges me labor. I dont think its fair for me to keep paying labor when he is dishonest and should've done the right thing in the first place, I dont think we would've had this problem if he was to be honest.

I was quoted $219 to install a Ignition Control Module, ( 6 5mm screws), the mechanic went next door to XL Parts, purchased a after market module for $139.00, installation took a total of 30 minutes, Mayco charged me $421.00 for part, $85.00 for test, total was $546.54,I returned on Monday and provided the manager 4 prices from 4 different parts houses, including price from XL Parts next door, I agreed to pay 30% over XL Parts price $180.70, he refused to settle,refused to show me XL Parts invoice, I offered a very fair price of $248.00, ( includes module, test, taxes ), Manager refused to discuss!!
