I have taken both cars on a couple of occasions. They are great at the complicated issues. The cars are getting older and are starting to have issues. I can trust the team to diagnose everything correctly. On a recent visit, I was following my wife in her car. Her comment, "Autocare European, won't they be expensive?" The answer is they are very affordable. Plus on one visit they gave me a loan car. Plus, they detail the car on each visit. I am sold.

You are in good hands with Alex at Auto Hans. He is experienced and came highly recommended to me by other BMW owners. Alex was able to get me in immediately just before Closing recently even without an appointment to install a new battery so that I wouldn't be stranded in very cold weather. That's good service and greatly appreciated. Maintenance and Repairs are done properly and you WILL save money over the Dealership !

I go to this place to just get some gas and try to find a place that does oil change. As I stopped at the pump I noticed this guy started to walk toward my car. He then tells me that this is a full service and I was like what? Then he says at this pump we fill your gas for you. I told him thanks, but I will try next time. Then I noticed that it was a shop so I asked him how much for a oil change. He said 24.98 and I asked him how long will it take. He told me It would take about 15 to 20 minutes. Well It only took 10 minutes and he was done. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a oil change to check this place out. Plus if you don't feel like getting out your car to pump your gas do the full service. It's only little bit more. Thank you Bill for taking good care of my car. Good friendly, and courteous people.

My family has been coming to Brake-O for over 15 years. We've never had a bad experience with them, they are always honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. Prices are very fair and competitive. I don't know how many times I took my car in for a warranty check up at the dealership, was told something was wrong, took my car to Brake-O and they said nothing needed to be fixed. You aren't just a number to them, they really want to take care of their clients and remember your name, get to know you and have excellent service. I recommend them to everyone.

happy about the work this shop did. my bmw 328 had a bad head gasket, dealer told me it would take 3 days for the job to be done and my car sat there for 3 weeks finally took my car back, looked around for a a import shop in the area and found this place. my car was in&out in about 4 days. so far my car is running great! hope to continue with the good work thanks. I got a rock chip on my front window about the size of a dime. I call 1st Class Auto Glass because they were one of the first sites to pop up when searching on the web. When the guy arrived at my house he was with a different company. After he repaired my window I raised the concern that it still looked the same as before he started. He said not to worry, guaranteed it was fixed and said they would replace the window if the crack spread from this chip. The next day I called back 1st Class Auto Glass to let them know my concern and ask for a receipt from them instead of this other company. I also find out that they contracted out the work to this guy without letting my know. Two days later the crack spread across my window beyond repair. When I called back 1st Class Auto Glass he said they never warranty the window and could only give me the original $70 toward the price of a new window if I have them do the work. I asked why they do not warranty their work when It was clearly not completed correctly. He told me I didn't know what I was talking about, they will not pay for anything and hung up the phone. I have never dealt with a more rude individual on the phone. If you are looking to get a crack fixed look to a more reputable company, I wish I would have. Now I will need to pay nearly $1000 to get my window replaced! There is no recourse for a bad repair on their part. If the window breaks they either keep the money from the chip repair or you have to use them to replace the window. Either way they win and you lose!! DO NOT use 1st Class Auto Glass. Horrible service, horrible treatment, horrible company.

By far the best service that I have received. I chose Bill due to the reviews that I saw here ans the fact that he's in Aviation like my husband, so I knew he knows his stuff. He's quick to respond, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Everything that you would ever want in a mechanic. He looked at our car & gave us an initial diagnosis. When our part came in, he was quick to get the work done quickly and most importantly, correctly. We're riding back in cold air again!! AND his prices are reasonable compared to dealerships and franchises. We wont go anywhere else from now on. We have our family mechanic for life. If you need ANYTHING involving AC for your car, do not call anyone else but Bill. He will take GREAT care of you. THANK YOU, BILL!!!

There were a few problems in getting the job completed this time, which has not happen in the past. However, the car is running fine at this time.
