I took my car to this shop which was provided by my insurance. first of all, they were late one week. Second, they told me the reservoir is on back order which is understanding, however, at the time I wanted to pick up my car the flare was missing, the cowl seals were broken unchanged, the fender was not aligned, the license frame along with the license itself were missing. I paid the deductible and picked up the car and then let them know about the issue. My advisor was Covell Crosby he did not respond to a single email from me or insurance, but after one week of ghosting me, I went in person to talk to the manager Jason. I started to let him know about what happened, he said what do you want? talking about it will not fix the issue, he even did not want to listen or at least say an apology for the poor communication. So basically, waste of time and money for you if you choose this office and they are not respectful at all. I found the flare from Toyota of Dallas one day after picking my car up and let them know yet they kept ignoring me.

I have taken both cars on a couple of occasions. They are great at the complicated issues. The cars are getting older and are starting to have issues. I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix.
