After a year of problems with my car, Golden Rule in 24hrs had it diagnosed and repaired. I would highly recommend especially to single female car owners. For once I had repair done and didn't have to take back because something not done correct or another issue was now present. They are the Best!

Nick Adler as the general manager is excellent. He personally greeted me, listened to my concerns and then performed the checks. He recommended service and offered excellent prices. While my car was being worked on they even gave me a ride home (2 miles away). I had just visited another oil change place and they treated me rudely and with no respect. They did not use my coupon, check on an oil leak, or even offer suggestions besides visit a shop. Kwik Kar will be my new place for service for both my cars. I would highly recommend everyone to go there. They provide excellent customer services and care about the customer experience.

happy about the work this shop did. my bmw 328 had a bad head gasket, dealer told me it would take 3 days for the job to be done and my car sat there for 3 weeks finally took my car back, looked around for a a import shop in the area and found this place. my car was in&out in about 4 days. so far my car is running great! hope to continue with the good work thanks. There were a few problems in getting the job completed this time, which has not happen in the past. However, the car is running fine at this time.

I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease. I just had my BMW 750LI taken for diagnosis to Bimmer Repair. Its owner Jose is a young guy but very honest - which is a rare to find quality in auto repair work. My car was giving me a transmission failure message - he checked it , cleared all faults , and found nothing wrong with the system . Thoguh the car is still under monitoring to see if the issue comes back - Jose's upfront honesty is what touched me. My car was shaking terribly and firestone quoted me like $1200 for "engine repair". I took it to Manny at us auto and they pretty quickly saw that a vaccum line was out and fixed it in like 15 minutes. He didn't even charge me. He could have taken advantage of me but he didn't. Straight up honest.
