Very happy with job they did. Best price around after calling several places. He was fast and they were very friendly. Had a nice waiting room and I was able to let my kids watch tv while we waited. Worst customer service ever. Sat in the lobby for 1hour and 45minutes for an oil change. All customers who came in after me, left before me and were doing oil changes also. When I finally ask the guy at the counter how much longer, he said there was a mix up and my car is ready, when I went to get in, they had left it parked in front of the bay doors, the windows down and the dirty paper floor mat they use still inside. I noticed my car there the whole time and thought they were waiting to pull it in after another car was done. So now I'm positive they did not even do an oil change and charged me for one because they forgot about my car. I Will never go back here.

You are in good hands with Alex at Auto Hans. He is experienced and came highly recommended to me by other BMW owners. Alex was able to get me in immediately just before Closing recently even without an appointment to install a new battery so that I wouldn't be stranded in very cold weather. That's good service and greatly appreciated. Maintenance and Repairs are done properly and you WILL save money over the Dealership !

I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease. I just had my BMW 750LI taken for diagnosis to Bimmer Repair. Its owner Jose is a young guy but very honest - which is a rare to find quality in auto repair work. My car was giving me a transmission failure message - he checked it , cleared all faults , and found nothing wrong with the system . Thoguh the car is still under monitoring to see if the issue comes back - Jose's upfront honesty is what touched me. I wish his great success in his newly started venture and he has got a customer in me for life!

I HAD 2 CAMARO MOTORS 2ss REBUILT AND THEY DIDNT DO THE JOB CORRECTLY AT ALL MY CAMARO STILL RUN HOT AS OF RIGHT NOW I PAID THEM ON TWO MOTORS IN ALL 15,000 AND NEITHER MOTOR IS WORTH IT DAVID IS NOT A GOOD RIGHT HAND MAN BAD HORRIBLE COURTESY NOT POLITE AT ALL ANGEL THE MECHANIC AND BOSS ONLY PERSON THAT MIGHT HAVE SOME KNO HOW BUT THEY DONT STAND BEHIND THERE WORK AT ALL THEY WILL MESS YOUR CAR UP THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO GO GET A CAR FIXED HORRIBLE WORK DIFFERENT MECHANIC WORKING ON CAR AND QUITTING THEN UR CAR MESS UP OH NOT THERE FAULT DONT GO TO THIS ENGINE REBUILDERS ON IRVING,TX THEY NO GOOD RIP OFF
