Alex was able to get me in immediately just before Closing recently even without an appointment to install a new battery so that I wouldn't be stranded in very cold weather. Worst customer service ever. Sat in the lobby for 1hour and 45minutes for an oil change. All customers who came in after me, left before me and were doing oil changes also. When I finally ask the guy at the counter how much longer, he said there was a mix up and my car is ready, when I went to get in, they had left it parked in front of the bay doors, the windows down and the dirty paper floor mat they use still inside. I noticed my car there the whole time and thought they were waiting to pull it in after another car was done. So now I'm positive they did not even do an oil change and charged me for one because they forgot about my car. I Will never go back here.

Awesome place great customer service! Knowledgeable technicians. Reasonable and fair prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else but here to get car repaired.
