I wish I could give the idiots a negative amount of stars. The owner is the leader of the idiots. I have went here for the last 5-6 oil changes. This time is different because now I trust them to do an oil change and wheel alignments. I wait 2 hours for them to complete my services , when they are done I get into my car and leave. Once into my car I notice it’s hesitant and barely goes forward when I press the gas. Next thing I notice is my rear view, everything behind me is white. There is a ton of smoke coming from my tail pipe. I call them and I return heavily upset. This is my only vehicle. I bought it with 50k miles, I drive Uber for extra cash so I now have 220k but I’m always keeping the maintenance done in the car. The car is very well kept. New tires oil change brakes is all I ever change. I basically brought my car here normal and left with my car smoking and not going forward. The owner refuses to acknowledge my concerns. The mechanic who did the work acknowledged my concerns and also that it wasn’t smoking it had any issues when I brought it there but they wouldn’t let him check it out. The receptionist was very argumentative. Wouldn’t acknowledged how I felt about coming for a routine oil change ending with my car needing to be towed away because it wasn’t drivable. . The owner then says it’ll be 120$ to check out the issue that they caused. His also says ‘take me to civil court and let them take care of it because I’m not fixing it.’ I called the police and was told to leave and it’s a civil issues. Please save yourself the time and money in the long run by dealing with a reputable car repair shop. Update : they put 10 quarts of oil in my vehicle and the car only takes 5 quarts.

Went in for an oil change before going on a road trip and the GM Michael was very honest and explained that it could be unsafe to drive so far due to an issue he identified. And it did turn out to be an issue that needed to be addressed. Not to mention if I had ignored the advice would have left my family stranded somewhere on I10. He and his coworkers were very helpful and understanding of our situation, I couldn't have asked to be link up with anyone better than Michael, his boss and his crew! Brent from Wrench did a great job servicing my truck. He was on time, got the job done quick and exceeded my expectations when he found and corrected a few other issues while completing his inspection. WOW, what an exceptional car repair “treat!” So much so that I happily drive there from Clear Lake City for the smallest of car-related ANYTHING! Whitney, my service advisor, is truly on the ball.” She’s smart, friendly, knowledgeable, determined, accommodating, accountable, value-oriented, concerned, genuine, and simply a delight to deal with. And THEN there’s the leadership, specifically Harrison and Sady – it doesn’t take long after meeting these two to realize why they hired Whitney AND why they are all such a dynamic team! Ultimately, it all comes from the top and these guys are an iconic example of such – even their pricing is amazing! On my most recent visit… I had a tricky issue with my new-to-me car, in that it was electrical-in-nature and obscure, but boy did they figure it out. Corey, my technician, wouldn’t give up even when it took more fenagling than usual and Whitney kept all the moving parts coordinated for a quick, reasonable resolution – She organized the part acquisition, warranty coverage, communication needs, and repair, keeping me informed at all times. And the team even proactively helped me with transportation when an unexpected delay (by another leg of the repair) occurred. Obviously, I could go on, but I’m certain you get the point by now – you simply cannot go wrong by taking your car to RMS for diagnosis or repair – in fact, I just had another concern regarding my USB port seeming to be failing and they got busy, discovered the “problem,” and had my car back to me in less than a day – and all at no charge. This is how to keep customers coming back forever!

Glad you take care of my car. One suggestion, If you check the filters before the customer leaves, or just ask the customer at that time, then they can authorize the work, for example, if the air filter is dirty please swap it out. Thanks Marc
