Mufflers repair service near Saginaw, TX

I was ready to leave Loyd Park in Grand Prairie and the front air leveling system was leaking air and would not raise the motorhome. Not drivable. So, I called Quality RV repair who I've done business with before, but turn out they don't work on the Freightliner chassis. Seconds later she is giving me Tommy's name and number. I called it but got voicemail. It was getting late in the day. My family had already gone home, so I called and arranged for another night, thinking Tommy probably would not call back. But a short time later Tommy did call. Said he would be out soon. Soon was very soon as it turned out. You don't find service people like Tommy very often. He crawled under the bus and determined the valve needed to be replaced. He called several places and left with the bad valve as one place said the may have one. Turns out no, but Freightliner Dallas did and he put it in will call. I drove to Dallas and picked up the part that night. Tommy met me back at the campsite 7 ish the next morning and fixed it. Apparently this part had been partially bad for a long time. My Motorhome rides better, handles better, is much quitter and sets higher then before. When I park I can tell the volume of air being released is much greater than bofore. Can't say enough good about Tommy. He gave me a very reasonable rate for his labor as well. Worst Customer Service Ever! My appointment was at 5:30, and I arrived at 5:39 behind a slow customer in line. I get it, I was 9 mins late to a location that states on the door and online that it closes at 6:00. If you've tried driving anywhere on OU weekend, you know the traffic on 35 & 287. After huffing and puffing for 7 mins about how online appointments on the Corporate website should tell you that you have to be there at 5:45 at the latest, the guy gave away the policy of 15mins. I enjoyed how the news on the TV showed a time of 5:41-5:43 the entire time he was out in the shop walking around after I arrived and said I was there for an appointment. If you have a GROUPON for this franchise, STAY away , and go to one of their other locations. A "counter clerk" should have just said, sorry our policy is 9 mins late and we can't take anymore (Even if two bays are empty)... I'd be a bit upset, but not as upset as I am with Mr. Huffy Complainer. And change your sign to say closes at 5:39pm instead of 6pm, so I know.

Steve confirmed a time to show up. 30 mins after supposed to be there no call no text no show. I text, no answer. I call he says he hurt his back and would be sending out his brother and that he was 20 mins out. He said he would call me back in 5 mins. No call no text. I call and phone rings and after 4 rings goes to voicemail. I try several times througout the day same result. Finally left message to cancel. DO NOT USE THEM

So today November 11, 2015. Meineke manger (Harold), yelled at me for no reason because I wanted to get the free oil change on veterans day.....like all the commercials said.....he screamed and said he is not giving money away because he was an air force veteran??? right... he was very rude.......

As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. Tony and company really stand behind their work. They take pride in getting the job done right. Their prices beat the dealer and the competition hands down. They know what they're doing with BMW repairs and that's no mean feat. I wouldn't trust anyone else for my 2001 BMW 740iL repairs and service. FIVE stars!!!

Excellent service, I have been with them for a few years .. They have always been totally honest with me and take goood care of my vehicles ... I am extremely touchy about my cars as I have been scammed a few times in the past and they are nothing but straight up honest with what my vehicles need and dont need .... Worst customer service ever. Sat in the lobby for 1hour and 45minutes for an oil change. All customers who came in after me, left before me and were doing oil changes also. When I finally ask the guy at the counter how much longer, he said there was a mix up and my car is ready, when I went to get in, they had left it parked in front of the bay doors, the windows down and the dirty paper floor mat they use still inside. I noticed my car there the whole time and thought they were waiting to pull it in after another car was done. So now I'm positive they did not even do an oil change and charged me for one because they forgot about my car. I Will never go back here.

I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease.
