Eddie is the last of his kind. What I mean by that is there are no other places that exist out there that provide the skill and know how like this shop. Where could a guy find a shop that the actual owner is on site and gets his hands dirty with installs? My experience was amazing all around with Eddie and his team. If a problem happened with anything that he installed he would fix it or replace it hands down even if it was past the manufactures warranty. I actually had to take my truck to IPAC because there was a problem with my electrical circuit. The dealer tried to pass the blame on the audio install and alarm install, then told me they won't fix my truck under warranty. I called Eddie and told him about it that day and he actually came to the dealer on his day off and spoke to the service manager proving it was not the install and ensured the dealer fixed my truck under its warranty. This guy goes above any shop in Texas and truly cares about his customers. He won't try to sell you junk and send you on your way. He will spend the time and make sure you're 100% satisfied. Honest, quick, professional! Called them for an oil change and wheel alignment appointment and they were able to take my Toyota Prius immediately. They did an excellent job, pointed out some things that I should get fixed, and told me how much I should expect the service to cost. It's a no-brainer to return to them again in the future.

David was awesome. He is a natural teacher; took me through his thought process, showed me the diagnostic codes and actual showed me under the hood and under my vehicle. Awesome place to go to recommend everyone to go u will not have to worry about getting burnt its beats dealership prices and warranty comes with the work they do ;0) I had trouble with my chevy truck and they fixed it for me that same day ... also you will not have to worry if they are lying about what the problems are with your vehicle because they have been around for too many years and have enough customers to keep them in business because of the quality work they door!! their not like other places trying to squeeze every dollar out of you just in case you do not come back..

I had a good experience here. This is the first time I took my car in for a repair in San Antonio. I called them for a quote, I was happy with the price (I had done my research), they ordered the part, we made the appointment and then I brought it in. They fixed it in the amount of time they said they would even though I showed up late, they charged me the price they quoted and they didn't bring any new problems to my attention. They also gave me $25 off because I signed up for the text message discounts. I haven't been getting any texts since then but I got and used that first one. I haven't smelled oil since that day. They also gave me a stamp card to earn a free oil change. I'm thoroughly happy.

So sorry to be writing this, as we LOVE Tim Duncan, but he needs to know the shoddy details of his shop! My daughter paid for striping to be done on her car in May of 2015. The striping was wrinkled and looked bad after a couple months. My daughter called REPEATEDLY to request a time for the striping to be redone. She was told by "MIKE K." time & time again, to call back, because his "installer" had to match the stripe and he did not know what color it was, even though it was only a few months prior. My daughter was told repeatedly that she would have to WAIT for the installer to fit her into HIS schedule. EIGHT MONTHS later, when NO phone calls were being returned, we finally get a hold of "MIKE" again. He stated there would be a COST for the installer's time, for redoing the bad striping, even though we had a "5 Year" warranty, which we actually had to REQUEST in writing on the day of the install. VERY BAD SERVICE and RUDE People would take our calls and give no information, except to say, call back another time. Finally, after contacting "MIKE" and told him we have limited time between jobs to juggle transportation, my daughter left her car at their lot for a week, while on a business trip. "MIKE" forgot where he told her to put the keys to her car and seemed confused when we called. It is my guess they do this kind of thing very often! Finally, the installer got the job done, but they hardly acknowledged us at the front desk, and just drove her car to the front, so much as to say, here is your car, don't let the door hit you on the way out! We left without so much as a hello or goodbye! Thankfully, they did not request that we pay a cost for the installer's time, because they would be HARD PRESSED for that! Would NEVER go through those hoops again or do business with them again!

If you are ready to hand over your money to inexperience mechanics that do damage to our truck and a owner who doesn't return your calls then this is the place to go!! Do your research visit all the reviews there is a reason why this place is always switching management! This place gets an F on the BBB website!!
