I would never use this business ever again. It took them 3 months to get my chair done correctly and the young woman who works there would always tell me she would call me back, and never would. She also said the issue was the fabric I went with, which was not the case at all. i had to keep taking the chair back and had them re-do the work several times, not because i was being picky but because they took a soft chair and made it so hard one could not sit in it. I finally took the chair to several other upholstery shops and they told me what should have happened and told me what to do. I followed what they said and that worked. So please save yourself some issues and use someone else if you want a comfortable chair. if it's boat seats and you want hard - they can do that just fine.
