Excellent communication, friendly staff and I was informed of any issues and maintenance that was due on my vehicle to ensure it’s stays safe and reliable for me and my family. They truly care about their customers and their cars.

Excellent service, I have been with them for a few years .. They have always been totally honest with me and take goood care of my vehicles ... I am extremely touchy about my cars as I have been scammed a few times in the past and they are nothing but straight up honest with what my vehicles need and dont need .... I took my car in July 2013 to get an alignment done and they told me that the bearings on the front right were bad and needed replaced. I got them replaced for $400-something for parts and labor, but after I left my car was making a noise when I turned to the right that made me uneasy. So a week later I took it back and they said they "put the hub on backwards" (which is impossible) but redid their service for free. So I left thinking that okay, they screwed up the first time but at least redeemed themselves. I was annoyed that I had to spend another 3 hours waiting on my car (I had waited 2 hours the first time they 'worked' on it) but at least they did it for free the second time because of their mistake. Now, in February 2014 I took my car in to a different shop and my boyfriend actually watched as they worked on my car (because he works there), and the bearing that Kwik Kar had replaced and put on there was so warped and the balls fell out as soon as they took it off. Kwik Kar did not do their job correctly and lied to me about it, I am EXTREMELY unhappy with their service and seeing what action I can take against them. The shop my boyfriend works at told me (and I am pregnant) that I could have had a very serious accident if I kept on driving.

I came by a few minutes before 5 to get an inspection . The guy at the desk took my keys and my insurance and told me they would get me taken care of. My daughter and I hung out in the lobby for a few minutes before walked across the street to get tea. An employee yelled at us from the door something I couldnt hear. I motioned we would be right back and they were pulling my car into the bay. He nodded to me. Upon returning not five minutes later, the whole facility has been shut up and my car is sitting in the parking lot. When we come inside the owner, aggravated, gets up thrusts my keys at me says harshly "Here are your keys!" I took them from him and ask him what is going on to which he responds "I told you we are closed. I cant hold four guys here while you go across the street for a drink!" Excuse me? I told him we were told they would do it, had no idea they were closing, it says on the door they close at 6 and it is 5:10. Again, instead of addressing me as a professional, he takes a rude tone with me: "We close at 5 during the winter and 6 in the summer." I realized there would be getting no where with a guy who acted like this. So I just told him the website also says 6 and walked out. I tried to message him on Facebook asking why I would get treated in such a way when I was only trying to frequent his establishment but he has no leg to stand on and wont answer.

Oil, lube, car wash, and state inspections.

Beware of this owner and the way he does business. Kwik Kar charged us 99.00 to change the fuel filters in my husbands F250. We took the truck to Ford when it was not running well and Ford stated IN WRITTING that the ORIGINAL FUEL FILTERS are still in the truck. The owner takes no responsibility for knowingly STEALING MY MONEY and probably yours too. I HAVE THE RECEIPT where we were charged and paid it and I have the statement from Ford stating fuel filters were not changed. THIS owner will charge you for work that they do not do and will laugh the whole way to the bank........I will be happy to provide my proof. His website states they are honest. HONEST THIEVES ARE WHAT THEY ARE. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. PLEASE, they do not care what damage they cause to the consumer.

Tony and company really stand behind their work. They take pride in getting the job done right. Their prices beat the dealer and the competition hands down. They know what they're doing with BMW repairs and that's no mean feat. I wouldn't trust anyone else for my 2001 BMW 740iL repairs and service. FIVE stars!!!

My car over heated so my husband took it at this place which was a bad move because the mechanic named Adam called us and said that my radiator was bad he quoted about 650 dollars to fix it i immediately called back saying the price was too high and told them not to fix it and that i would pay 75 dollars for the diagnostic fees I think I ticked him off by saying that cause he said he was going to charge me 325 dollars for the 5 minutes of nothing he did to my car, so I rush to the store and confront him saying why was he charging me 325 for 5 minutes , he looked all nervous and told me he was going to take the 125 dollar off and would charge me the standard price which was 200 dollars, I was really mad so i paid the money and stormed off. I never write reviews , but yes I do read them it helps me a lot so I am just writing this so you guys can think before hand do some research call other places and then decide where you want to take your car to get it fixed, because i got ripped off by this place. I used to always get my oil changed from the Kwik Kar franchise but never again I learned my lesson the hard way ...btw I got my car fixed for half the price ..Goodluck
