All of my issues are ongoing. None of them are ever fixed. I have to continue to bring vehicle back for same issue or for “new” issue that supposedly occurred out of the blue but in truth are by products of tech mistakes.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Kent and his repair facility. He is honest and fair, his prices are reasonable for work performed. After a year of problems with my car, Golden Rule in 24hrs had it diagnosed and repaired. I would highly recommend especially to single female car owners. For once I had repair done and didn't have to take back because something not done correct or another issue was now present. They are the Best!

This place is definitely a 5 star rating from me. I called on a Saturday afternoon because of an incident I had on the highway where a piece of wood fell from a trailer and ripped up my transmission pans and caused a bad leak. Needed work done ASAP because I had an 8 hour road trip to return home 3 days later. The owner Eduardo picked up my phone call and came in on his free time to check my car out and fix it as soon as possible. It was ready to go in just 2 days. He was extremely friendly and professional. He took the time to update me on my car with the exact issues and costs. Very affordable. I highly recommend this shop. I could not be happier with the service these guys provided. I called them to fix a blown tire on my daughter car on the side of the highway. They had someone there in less than 20 minutes and did a great job. 5 stars for these nice guys.

There were a few problems in getting the job completed this time, which has not happen in the past. However, the car is running fine at this time.

Dave and the guys there always service all of my 6 vehicles from new daily vehicles to several classic muscle cars. They are honest, locally owned and fair priced. There is a one star rating on here that references a completely different shop so ignore the rating for Dallas Car Care, but read it to know where not to go.
