I called on a Saturday afternoon because of an incident I had on the highway where a piece of wood fell from a trailer and ripped up my transmission pans and caused a bad leak. Needed work done ASAP because I had an 8 hour road trip to return home 3 days later. The owner Eduardo picked up my phone call and came in on his free time to check my car out and fix it as soon as possible. It was ready to go in just 2 days. He was extremely friendly and professional. He took the time to update me on my car with the exact issues and costs. Very affordable. I highly recommend this shop. I come all the way from Dallas to get my car serviced here because I know the mechanics will take care of me. They are friendly, responsive, and fairly priced. Horizon Auto Center is a stand up, family-run, mom and pop kind of place and way better than most auto dealers because of it. I gladly recommend them to everyone I know. Mikaila M. Dallas, TX
