This place is definitely a 5 star rating from me. I called on a Saturday afternoon because of an incident I had on the highway where a piece of wood fell from a trailer and ripped up my transmission pans and caused a bad leak. Needed work done ASAP because I had an 8 hour road trip to return home 3 days later. The owner Eduardo picked up my phone call and came in on his free time to check my car out and fix it as soon as possible. It was ready to go in just 2 days. He was extremely friendly and professional. He took the time to update me on my car with the exact issues and costs. Very affordable. I highly recommend this shop. I could not be happier with the service these guys provided. I called them to fix a blown tire on my daughter car on the side of the highway. They had someone there in less than 20 minutes and did a great job. 5 stars for these nice guys.

Top notch organization. I recently purchased a used Volvo and I needed a mechanic shop that I could trust. I made several requests to about 10 different shops and this was the only one that responded in a timely manner and with a professionally written quote and a phone call. This was also the farthest from my home than the others I had send inquiries to. So based on the quick professional response and a couple of phone conversations that impressed me, I chose European Auto Tech. Arthur and Caesar were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and even had my car ready the next morning. Originally they said they may have it for a couple of days, so they were actually ahead of schedule. They did find a few things that needed immediate attention and they called me to see if I wanted to proceed and didn't add any extra labor charges onto the bill. Alex was able to get me in immediately just before Closing recently even without an appointment to install a new battery so that I wouldn't be stranded in very cold weather.
