Just had some repairs done to my 2008 Ford Diesel. I was quoted over a 1000.00 at another shop for repairs that were not even needed. Dorsett's saved me almost 350.00 dollars as the truck did not need what the other shop said it needed. The worst experience ever took my car there cause my gear wouldn't go into park so he charged me 150.00 to look at it then disassembled my shifter and left it like that with no solution said he couldn't find parts for it said for me to go look for another solution for it. And then they had disabled my car alarm and they couldn't get it to work again and Dave tells me they don't know how to get it to work. Well first off my car was fine when I got there my alarm worked. And they did nothing to help to get my alarm working he tells me go to an alarm company to get it fixed. I will never go there again shity service they will take you money with no problem at all. So my shifter doesn't work my alarm doesn't work and I am out 150.00 so people don't go there I am not sure they can help you they didn't help me at all.

This is the first mechanic in more than a decade that I have found to be completely honest and reasonable. We have a Honda, a Ford and a Mitsubishi and all three cars are serviced by Paul and the mechanics. Such a nice, and honest service and dependable. Several times, Paul did not charge us to verify timing belts and some of the other "problems" other shops found. Once you experience their service you will never go anywhere else.
