I purchaed 3 tires today (12-24-2011) and had a good experience. But after an hour of driving I went back to exchange the front tire because it made the steering wheel shake. That's where the trouble started. They told me the tire would work great on the back and that the reason it wasn't good for a front tire was because the front of the car was much heavier than the back. To keep this posting short, let's just say they agreed to swap out the tire - but they weren't happy. After selecting a replacement tire, they tried to balance it, but the weights kept moving. So I suggested he take the tire off the wheel again and make sure he got all the water out of it. We then took the tire off the wheel and wiped out ther remaining water that was in the tire. It was at this point the owner told me to leave the shop. The reason was so I couldn't watch the tire being rebalanced. The employee put the tire on the balancer but didn't spin it. I kept saying I wanted to see it balanced, but they wouldn't put it back on unless I agreed to pay for it. I said no. The owner then went off on me an F this and an F that. How I was so F'n picky. So I ended up leaving the shop with an unbalanced tire. I will never ever do business with them again.
