This place is a business that you should avoid at all cost, if I am able to give them a minus star I would, however, I went for an oil change on Monday afternoon, after they finished I noticed a sound coming from the engine, I asked them what that noise is coming from under the hood they told me it was normal it will go away after you drive it. Took my vehicle home, then Tuesday morning, I took my daughter to school, the noise became even more noticeably louder. While on the highway to pick up my daughter from school, parts of the engine fell off on the highway, oil light came on, smoke from my engine started coming out of hood and inside my car through the air conditioning vents and lost complete power to the engine, rolled to a stop on the side of the highway. Called this business about what just occurred, and that my car was fine until I went to you for an oil change, and that this is clearly your fault. Their response was you can't prove it, get a lawyer, and hung up on me. Dealership adviced me that my engine is totaled, a new engine will cost 5700.00. A mechanic looked at the engine and told me that there was never enough oil in the engine and the crank shaft had broke due to that reason. All this for a small oil change. Avoid this business.

Was somewhat disappointed with car wash I received. I have a black truck and it sat there for a while before someone started drying it off. It left spots everywhere. They agreed to re-do it only after I raised a whole bunch of heck to the manager. The workers there don't seem very motivated.

The service personnel are GREAT, the Manager, not so much. I came in from North Carolina to visit an old Navy friend and while there I needed an oil change, he suggested Kwik Kar. As they got my info the Asst. Mgr. Michelle(Awesome young lady!) took my phone number so as to call me if anything needed my attention while I shopped next door at the Harley dealer. She called and informed me my Cabin Air Filter was dirty and did I want to replace it. I said no I would take care of it when I returned home. Good thing, they were going to charge me $39.95 for the filter, I purchased it at local auto parts for $13.86. On the way home from Texas the door and latch for the Cabin Air Filter fell off in the floor board. Upon getting home home I inspected and found the retaining latch broke and called back to the store in Willis,TX. I was told by the Asst. Mgr. that she didn't know what to tell me and she would give the Mgr. my info and have him call me with a resolution......he never called. She called back and said he told her he would do nothing. I have tried to locate the owner with no luck. I have tried contacting the owner of Kwik Kar Corp. who sells the franchises.....no luck. I guess now I will have to get legal help.
