He messed the alarm up worse than it was charged me 80.00 dollars and i have tried for a year now to get another appointment, now if I'm lucky enough to have the alarm work occasionally it causes the battery to die....

Do not use these guys, I paid up front to have my head lights black out and scheduled a time to have it done. I came back as scheduled and was told " Oh the guy hes not here to do it today com back next week end." So I understood hey these things happen sometimes. I came back the next week end and again i was told to come back for the same reason. This happened one more time before I decided enough and asked for my refund, the guy said it would be back on my card with in 2 days and nothing. I have gone to their location and called numerous time but still no refund. These guys are crooks! They stole my money and they will do it to someone else again!
