I bought a car from the BMW Specialist who worked there Josh Krustchinsky, the car had some major issue and it was denied by all. White smoke was present off and on and clanking noise on a right turn and died and won't start of the day I picked the car up. This was over several months and discussion to have the car evaluated for safety and future expensive on a current purchase of this used care to determine if the car should be return for refund. I was told the car did have the issues of white smoke months later and the noise both were address at no cost to me and was fine. If these issue were present and sell of vehicle than these expenses and issues would have not lead me to purchase the car. We went to court over the issue and it was stated the car was in good working condition and not any problems. I lost my case and had to buy another battery and alternator for this fine running car. After an evaluation at BMW Austin Idetail for sell report stated the internal oil leak would require taking the engine apart to fix and the clanking was a sway bar hydraulic leak in the front and rear. So the adjusting of coils that donot exist on this car and the engine being a major repair. It is impossible to state the car is in good driving condition. Than you also told the customer to feel safe in the car and repairs or complete no problems and all fabricated to move. I am sorry but after this nightmare and the lack of integrity to tell the truth to me and in court. I wouldn't have my car service there or conduct any other business. I have a car I can't drive and out of several thousands of dollars in this deal. The star is for the Brandon who wasn't afraid to tell the truth about the car and not cover up the white smoke and engine problem denied by all. two thumbs way up for his courtesy and professional attitude. I have taken my cars to Luikart's for several years now and they are always very nice and better priced than the dealership. They even replaced the battery for my keyless entry key for no charge. They are very trustworthy which is hard to find these days!

HERE IS WHAT I FILED WITH THE BBB OF TEXAS!! NEXT RECOURSE WILL BE LEGAL ACTION!! Inferior Engine Rebuild Skillset Attributes and Lack of Professional Workmanship Quality with the Inability to Resolve the Issue!! Approx May of 2009 I brought my pickup truck to this establishment to have an engine rebuild performed. I brought them a different similar engine to rebuild and install in the truck. On 6/8/08 I rendered payment of $504.75 for completion of the work. Upon driving my truck during the break-in period I noticed a distinctive odor of antifreeze in the engine compartment but could not discover a leak. I then drove my truck to Dallas TX for work and noticed the odor again. Upon further inspection the radiator was basically without coolant so I fill it up to the necessary level. This continued for approximately 4 months until I contacted the establishment conveying the symptoms of the problem. I explained to them I performed a radiator compression test and was losing compression in the radiator. They then told me to bring the truck back in and recommended I replace the radiator, which I did. Approximately 4-8 months elapsed and started to experience a bad hesitation and loss of power in the truck. (I rarely drive the truck due to my travels abroad and the use of my second vehicle) I brought the truck back to them for an analysis and upon my return to pick up my truck they told me they found a blown head gasket which they charged me and additional $750. They laid the blame on a crack in the coolant overflow reservoir which at the time seemed somewhat suspect since the reservoir has been cracked since I owned the truck (5 years prior) and the radiator was always full. I did not argue the point since I was schedule to depart on a flight for my job. I rarely drove my truck during 2011 except on personal leisure and noticed a distinctive loss of power and hesitation during the month of December 2011. As I was returning home my truck started smoking REALLY bad

Saved me Hundreds on my Rod. Diagnosed problems from another "professional". Let me know of things I could fix on my own to save me money. Never had issues with any of the employees, made me feel like a friend. Oscar at the Car shop has taken care of my 32 Ford Model B, and my 67 Mustang coupe. I have not had any problems with their work. Not the cheapest guys out there but they have a combined knowledge that is worth the extra dime. Fabrication, ASE mechanics, Dyno work. I will use these guys again! Even have coupons on occasion on their website.

I am not one to write reviews, however, I do often read them before visiting a new place. Let me preface this by saying when Daddy passed in 2019, I returned to help my elderly Mom in Killeen. I had to start asking around if anyone could recommend a good and “ honest” mechanic. Longer story short, I had met a mechanic I trusted, then he left his former employer and went to work here and spoke highly of them. I decided to take in my 2012 Nissan Murano (can’t remember now the reason), but they did a great job. In 2021, I took Mom’s 2005 Toyota Camry in — AC quit working. The repair job done and very competitive pricing. Last week (March 2023) I met the owner Richard. I went in with a power steering issue on a 2007 Ford 150 and once again, it’s fixed!! The turn around time I’m sure depends on the particular issue, but our turn around time has been approximately 2 days for our vehicles. I have had many experiences with mechanics and some have had very poor work ethics and customer service interpersonal skills. So as along as Richard, the newest owner of C & M, and his fellow mechanics, take pride in a gift God has blessed them with by having a skill as important as theirs, then I plan to continue going there and referring others to them.
