My 2013 GLK 250 Mercedes needed new brakes I first went to Mercedes Benz Sugarland they quoted the repair at $825.00 plus tax for the front only I thought the quote was high I usually use them but after the bad service I kept getting from them I decided to get quotes for other Auto shop that are repeatable with repairing high end vehicles, I checked around for 2 days the prices at most shops were around $150 - $200 less expensive then Mercedes Benz Sugarland Wow! that's a saving but then on Saturday June 27 I called Eurocare because I've heard from an neighbor that they're repeatable and prices are good also. I spoke to Cody he was very knowledgeable about my Mercedes which made me feel very comfortable and he was so nice also the job could be done today! I was so relieved because it has been very difficult to find a shop that prices were good and I was comfortable with them doing the job. They even offered to take me home and pick me back up in a couple hours so I thought wow! its getting better and better. I got my brakes repaired for $469 almost half the price of Mercedes Benz Sugarland and they washed my car and cleaned the inside. Eurocare is a 5 Star Auto repair shop with excellent customer service they went beyond my expectation and the staff was very pleasant to work with. My experience with Harold left a bad taste in my mouth. Felt like a bait and switch. I emailed asking for price range to rebuild some heads for me. I was estimated $200-$400. Told me $400 was if they were pretty messed up. Called me this morning to tell me that only one of my heads needs work and it was going to be almost $700. That's more than what a brand new pair of Vortec heads cost at summit Racing . Now, to get my heads back, I have to pay $75 because they scammed me just to get me to bring my heads in. Lesson learned. I will not be doing business or recommending Harold's machine shop!

My car was towed in to this shop . I chose this shop cause I use to work there when it was under different management (back when the short bald guy ran it) the mechanics then were dedicated to there jobs , and cared about DIAGNOSING OUR CUSTOMERS cars with precision and performed the service like professionals. When my 1989 trans am wss towed in I explained to sid the problems he began to assign his mechanic , guaranteeing it would be completed as I haad to return home to arkansas. The car had sit for three years with a full tank of gas (I just purchased said car) the first thing they said was distributer , then computer , next a short in the wiring and the next day still not finished I flew home .so three weeks later I returned to pick up my vehicle that they replaced the distributer and fuel pump and thats it onlyy now it would start but ran rough ii was frusterated at the whole situation I was forced to have to take vehicle back home the car was missing on four cylinders thats half so me being a mech .I got the car to my dads and began to notice a lot of vacuum hoses off time ran out so I loaded it on a trailer and came home the next day I began to work on it and found it needed a fuse and two injectors . After being CHARGED 1450.00 FOR A DISTRIIBUTER AND FUEL PUMP MY CAR SHOULD OF RAN LIKE IT WAS NEW..SID TOTALLY RIPPED ME OFF CAUSE I lIVED OUT OF STATE and it would be hard to get warranty work done !!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE FOR ANYTHIING IT HAS GONE DOWNHILL SINCE SID TOOK IT OVER !!!! TAKE SOME PRIDE IN UR BUISNESS .

This is the first mechanic in more than a decade that I have found to be completely honest and reasonable. We have a Honda, a Ford and a Mitsubishi and all three cars are serviced by Paul and the mechanics. Such a nice, and honest service and dependable. Several times, Paul did not charge us to verify timing belts and some of the other "problems" other shops found. Once you experience their service you will never go anywhere else.

Went in for a M/T fluid change and they did a great job. My car felt like it was shifting better as soon as a left the parking lot. They have a nice waiting area with free wifi and coffee so hanging out for a little bit was pretty relaxing. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I have taken my car to Alex Collision Center for repairs covered by Allstate and also State Farm Insurance and had excellent cooperation between the inspectors and the mechanics. Because of this, I have taken the car there for general maintenance and also had a good experience. The service has been very good and the costs are reasonable.

My experience started plesant. They picked up the vehicle and repaired it in an orderly fashion but quoted one price on friday and Monday quote 500.00 more. said that they had to do something extra. I was trying to give another mechanic a try but I will stick to my regular. He is slower but his price is always the same.

Scammers! They are cutting corners and you don t know it! He quoted me a price to fix my catalytic converter. When the car was ready he claimed the O2 sensor was also bad and replaced it without calling first! (I still don t believe him because there is a different code for failing O2 sensors. He was just trying to get more money off me.) That added almosts another $200! He said he would do an oil change for free, but he put regular oil in it instead of the synthetic that I always use. I told them not to do anything else to my car. I took it to another place immediately to change the oil AGAIN. They told me the work had not been done properly and that they didn t replace the oil filter when they replaced the oil...that I need to take the car somewhere else to have the work cleaned up. (incorrect bolts and seals) Don t use these people if you want to actually get the work you are paying for!!!

I went at the location on westheimer rd near woodland park dr. In Houston tx 77077 The worst breack job I ve ever experienced in my last 3 cars theses people don't know what the hell they doing I had a pads replaced and rotter cut. after I came back for the reoccurance of the noice that idiot bold guy there told me I need flushing also called bleeding which I did and still have the noice I spent a lot of time and money at that crapy place called just breaks, When I took the car to my mechanic he inform that these idiots use the cheapest bracke pads that u can ever get and the bleeding was not necessary What a rape off ! Just breaks should change their name to. Just idiots !!!
