Derrick rebuilt my Lexus RX 300 transmission last September and had it in and out of the shop in 24 hours...outstanding service. I was ready to leave Loyd Park in Grand Prairie and the front air leveling system was leaking air and would not raise the motorhome. Not drivable. So, I called Quality RV repair who I've done business with before, but turn out they don't work on the Freightliner chassis. Seconds later she is giving me Tommy's name and number. I called it but got voicemail. It was getting late in the day. My family had already gone home, so I called and arranged for another night, thinking Tommy probably would not call back. But a short time later Tommy did call. Said he would be out soon. Soon was very soon as it turned out. You don't find service people like Tommy very often. He crawled under the bus and determined the valve needed to be replaced. He called several places and left with the bad valve as one place said the may have one. Turns out no, but Freightliner Dallas did and he put it in will call. I drove to Dallas and picked up the part that night. Tommy met me back at the campsite 7 ish the next morning and fixed it. Apparently this part had been partially bad for a long time. My Motorhome rides better, handles better, is much quitter and sets higher then before. When I park I can tell the volume of air being released is much greater than bofore. Can't say enough good about Tommy. He gave me a very reasonable rate for his labor as well. We need more Tommy's in the world. Ken

took my van back due to major oil leak..it was covered under their warranty, however they managed to find another problem that cost me additional 184..after having the vehicle for 3 days, drive vehicle home with oil light flashing.. so i take it back and now they want to charge me another 60 for diagnostics .. i was really hoping i found a honest mechanic that stood behind their work, guess i need to keep looking. they want to nickel and dime me due to the cost they had to eat for the warranty work.. Howard even told me it was a shame he had to eat the cost of this...

As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. I have a Porsche 911 turbo transmission that has a known defect. Porsche does not warrant the problem an according to them there is no fix. Their guidelines are to replace the transmission. 18,000 dollars. I found Joe and eurofix on a Porsche forum where another owner had his transmission fixed by them. I called Joe and he said he could repair my car. It is not easy to transport a car to mechanic 700 miles away but Joe's confidence and professionalism put me at ease.
