Diesel engine for my 01 VW TDI arrived in 3 days in ready-to-go condition. Needed nothing, except my very professional German Auto installer polished the crank for a new clutch (dumb not to do). Price was the best on the Web and the car has 'brand-new' life

Chris came to my rescue today. I just had my oil changed at the oil change place down the street and the next time I started my car there were multiple warning lights on. He hooked it up to monitor, opened the hood and said "here's your problem" as he reconnected a hose. I was on my way in 5 minutes and he didn't charge me. We have used Westside Automotive for many years for our vehicle repairs and always been satisfied. I guess I should have used them for the oil change too so it would have been done right. See you in about 5,000 miles Chris!

I was new to the Jacksonville area and needed to have some work done on my car. I called over to Tubels and they fit me in that day. They diagnosed what was wrong with car and even fixed it that day. I guess that is why they must be one of the top auto repair shops in Jacksonville FL.

Beyond slow... Was told the previous day "be here at 7:45 and you'll be the first in" since I've been here at 7:45 now 9:25 there has been 2 people in and out before me... Sitting here for nearly a hours now and have yet to look at my truck.. Last time I was here I sat for an hour and then he said they won't be able to get to it... I do not recommend this place unless you have all day to wait.

I had my Dakota trans overhauled at this shop and have nothing but shifting problems despite bringing it back 3 times it's still was not right! Got tired of dealing with the rude manager and took it to another shop to make it right. Never again.

Honesty! I have found Clay County Transmissions to be reliable and honest. I have had repairs done when needed and the techs have told me when I didn't need repairs. The repairs have always been done well and the follow up is included. I have not found a more honest or reputable establishment. I will return to Clay Count Transmission when I need work again.

I'm actually another repair facility, so obviously I KNOW how repair facilities work and have been doing this for 20 years. I recently did business with this repair facility. One of MY customers was passing through Jacksonville when her engine started making noise. She went into this shop to find out what was going on with her vehicle. She was told it needed an engine. She then called me to assist her with her vehicle. I spoke to the owner, Tim, who told me the engine has low end banging noise. I asked if he would pull codes for me which he did. he indicated there were no stored codes. I expected to pay a fee but $110.00 is extremely excessive. Given the same circumstances my shop would have charged 35.00, (maybe), probably would not have charged anything. So let's break this down, I was charged $45.00 for Tim listening, yes listening and another $65.00 for pulling codes. Now everyone who reads this, check your local papers. You will find that EVERY shop charges $0.00 to pull codes and I've never heard of anyone charging for listening. I have to say Tim, I truly feel you took advantage of me. I'm not just a customer off the street, I KNOW what you have to do. I KNOW what goes on within repair facilities. I hope everyone reading this sees this as the rip-off it really is. Anyone wishing to discuss this with me, feel free to write a comment to this review and I will respond. Respectfully,
