As a woman, car repair can be intimidating and it's important to find a shop that I can trust. Kevin and Brian are some of the nicest guys! They are not necessarily the cheapest, but they are really reasonable and great to work with. They won't recommend work that doesn't need to be done. Before they had ever done any mechanical work for us, I had called because I had a flat tire. They came by, while I was gone, and aired up my tire. I came home and it was fixed! NO CHARGE!!! We keep our cars until they no longer work. One has over 150k and the other over 230k and B&M is helping us get every mile out of them! (They are hard to see from the road. I've been taking my cars to Northrich Automotive for almost 5 years now. The most recent time my car was up for replacing timing belt and water pump. I was dealing with Todd. He is a nice guy, very respectfull and he also answered all of my questions I've had about this service. Since my office was located few miles away, one of their employees took me to work. My car was ready by the time I got off work. No surprises. Payed as much as we agreed.
