My driver was having a problem with it not starting and requiring a jump to get the van started. She had been having this problem since leaving Kentucky. I called a couple of dealerships, but they couldn't look at it for two weeks. Then I called Dickerson and they were able to have her come in right away. They diagnosed the problem as an alternator, gave me an estimate for the repairs. Because of my previous experience with getting parts, I initially decided to have my driver bring it back to Michigan for the repairs. After some thought, I called and asked Jordan how soon he thought they could get the parts. Long story short, Dickerson is fixing the van and it should be done in a couple of days! I highly recommend this business because of their expedience in giving me a diagnosis, a fair price, and being patient enough to let me change my mind and have them fix the vehicle. There is so much more to this story; all I'm going to say is that if I were living in Spanish Fork, this would be my go to repair shop.

A friend suggested I go and get a second opinion. Apparently the first shop only wanted to replace everything, including stuff that wasn’t necessary. After BT looked at my bronco they showed me what really needed to be fixed. When I asked about the stuff The other shop wanted to fix the staff at Bt showed me why it wasn’t realy needed. In the end I saved about $400 and my bronco drives straight as an arrow with no more issues.

I received a FIXED FOREVER parts and labor Warranty. Now the first part of September my service engine light comes on so I take it back to Steve's to have it checked out. They stated they would run a test after they pulled the codes. Call back and just the gas cap, no big deal, until I went to get my truck and they wanted over $200.00 for the gas cap. They told me that I was informed on the phone about the cost and I stated why would I be so upset if I agreed to that much for a gas cap. He stated he would check the call and I said go ahead and you will find you never told me about the extra charges just to put on a new gas cap. Both Kathy and I have had our vehicles worked on here before and they seem honest in the beginning but watch out after that. I don't like being lied to and I surely would not pay $200.00 for a gas cap. Once confronted they only charged me for a $26.00 gas cap, still expensive and did not honor my Car Care Club discount that cost me $99.95. Don't be afraid to stand up for what is right even if they get mad and pout like a child who just got caught with their hand in the cookie jar.
