I have a Dodge RAM Promaster with a load that was being delivered to Spanish Fork. My driver was having a problem with it not starting and requiring a jump to get the van started. She had been having this problem since leaving Kentucky. I called a couple of dealerships, but they couldn't look at it for two weeks. Then I called Dickerson and they were able to have her come in right away. They diagnosed the problem as an alternator, gave me an estimate for the repairs. Because of my previous experience with getting parts, I initially decided to have my driver bring it back to Michigan for the repairs. After some thought, I called and asked Jordan how soon he thought they could get the parts. Long story short, Dickerson is fixing the van and it should be done in a couple of days! I highly recommend this business because of their expedience in giving me a diagnosis, a fair price, and being patient enough to let me change my mind and have them fix the vehicle. There is so much more to this story; all I'm going to say is that if I were living in Spanish Fork, this would be my go to repair shop.

Amazing, honest and incredible work! I went in for a brake inspection and an oil change and upon completion they told me exactly what was wrong with my brakes, what it would cost to fix it, what the warranty would be and how long it would take. Having no coupons in hand I was planning on paying the full price for the services. Keith stepped in and told me that he would give me the coupon price for the services rendered and took care of the inspection charge cutting my bill by 3/4!
