Diagnosis
I have a Dodge RAM Promaster with a load that was being delivered to Spanish Fork. My driver was having a problem with it not starting and requiring a jump to get the van started. She had been having this problem since leaving Kentucky. I called a couple of dealerships, but they couldn't look at it for two weeks. Then I called Dickerson and they were able to have her come in right away. They diagnosed the problem as an alternator, gave me an estimate for the repairs. Because of my previous experience with getting parts, I initially decided to have my driver bring it back to Michigan for the repairs. After some thought, I called and asked Jordan how soon he thought they could get the parts. Long story short, Dickerson is fixing the van and it should be done in a couple of days! I highly recommend this business because of their expedience in giving me a diagnosis, a fair price, and being patient enough to let me change my mind and have them fix the vehicle. There is so much more to this story; all I'm going to say is that if I were living in Spanish Fork, this would be my go to repair shop.

I was told that having the brakes done and a tune-up, new shocks all around and oil change and new lubricants would make the ride better and of course it stops faster. The ride is smoother and it feels like a new vehicle. It has almost 200,000 miles on it now and I think it will make it another 100,000 miles. That is my hope. Thanks for the great service.

Great Service and Friendly
Good place to take your car for fast and friendly service. I have been getting my oil changed regularly they let you know when it is due. Car inspections are fast also. They also let you know if there are other things your car needs, it’s up to you if you do it or not. Fair prices. Susan Johnson Brierley
